Melissa lost 22 lbs in 8 weeks without crash dieting. 🤯 The ONE thing we did.

Before, Melissa was doing all the “fat sizzling” strategies that every other coach told her to do:

→ Daily hours of cardio that got her nowhere
→ Lots of money spent on trainers
→ Quick-fix diets

But what these coaches didn’t check: her stress levels.

Stress = FAT STORAGE MODE, no matter how hard you push, how many calories you cut or how many fasts you did.

Within 6 weeks, Melissa had dropped 17 lbs already (after 2 years of struggling)

At 8 weeks, 22 pounds.

❌No hours of cardio
❌ No low-carb (or cutting her fave foods)
