Starting a new career can be daunting.
Joseph joined us just two weeks ago as an Engineer Apprentice, and he’s already getting hands-on in the workshop, assisting with the R&D department, building machines, and working on engines he’d never touched before.
For Joseph, choosing an apprenticeship over college was about one thing: learning practical skills while gaining real experience.
