Aight, so, if you turn your wifi off, you can use capcut. However, since my phone isn't being paid for anymore, I'll only be able to work on past edits that I was already working in since I can't access the sound menu without wifi or data, so, until I find another editing software or if it gets unbanned, you'll only get a few edits from me. Again, sorry for the inconvenience
