We all know the "traditional" books don't always account for life with a "spicy" brain or a body that doesn't always cooperate. Whether it’s ADHD, chronic pain, sensory sensitivities, or just being "low-spoons"—I want to hear from you.
What is the biggest "accessibility" hurdle you face in your practice?
