GREAT NEWS EVERYONE! IF YOU LIVE/WATCH THE CHANNEL IN SOUTH DAKOTA, NEBRASKA, KANSAS OR OKLAHOMA....PLEASE VOTE BELOW
Thanks for everyone who has been kind enough to vote in the daily poll on where you live/watch our channel from.
The intent is to get a better idea on when we should broadcast and where we should broadcast from. And what I can do to invite you to tune into our broadcasts and videos.
We have received votes from the following states:California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico.
Today we will be looking for residents/viewers from the following states to vote.
South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas and Oklahoma.
IF you live or view the channel in one of these states please take a quick second and vote below.
IF YOU LIVE IN WYOMING, COLORADO, MONTANA OR NORTH DAKOTA, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
Over the next couple of weeks I am going to be asking what state you are watching from or your state of origination.
We will split it up to 12 surveys of 4 states each.
This helps me know what time zones you are watching plus I'm a well traveled channel.
PS, I am going to take a break from Name that Airport cause I am exhausted and work has been a little crazy the last couple nights.
Back to the Geo Locating Poll in the United States....Eight states have been tabulated: California, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Arizona and New Mexico.
TODAY, if you are a resident/watching from Wyoming, Colorado, Montana and North Dakota, vote below.
TAKE FIVE SECONDS TO VOTE AND IMPROVE OUR CHANNEL!
A BIG thank you to @PennsyPlanes aka Scott Keuper for letting me know that hidden deep within the YouTube analytics, YOU CAN in fact find which states are watching your content. BUT, we are digging deeper for our subscribers in the United States first. Don't worry, the individual countries will be voted on in the future.
Each day over the next week and a half, I will be adding four states from which you can select where you are located/watching the live streams from. This could give us a better chance to understand where we should broadcast from and when.
It's one simple question. And I greatly appreciate you taking the time to answer the question.
Yesterday, we were looking for subscribers who watch from the following states: California, Washington, Idaho and Oregon.
TODAY, Feb 18 2026 we are looking for subscribers who watch from the following states: Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico.
WHOOPS! SOMEONE FORGOT TO POST THEIR FLIGHTS! MY BAD
Sorry, I forgot to tell you what flights I'm on if you would like to track me. RDU-DFW and DFW to TUS
Thank you for being the look outs. I do feel very grateful to have had the opportunity to hang out with our friend Carolina Aviation for a couple days. If I can't get to Charlotte on March 22, he will take care of you with Etihads inaugural.
IN THE MEANTIME....
Did you know that the channel is approaching the 400th show milestone? Our next show will just be that....400 shows.
Holy Cow! in the words of the late great Harry Caray!
The question is, what should we do and where should we go?
My advisors have encouraged me to be responsible and stay in Tucson....but let's face it, I'm a 44 year old single male. Responsibility is not my strong suit 😂😂😂
Let me know if you have any suggestions of airports or things to do with our 400th show.
Sorry Roblox it won't be in Fargo. But maybe 427 will.
Don't forget, our new game show sweeping the nation "Name That Airplane" will have its first give away on the 400th show. You'll have the chance to win a free t-shirt.
I probably won't be broadcasting this weekend unless it's a pop up stream, so look for me in the next couple weeks.
Also don't forget, you can join our birthday brigade for free. Just email me your birthday at pipsplanespottinglive@gmail.com.
I look forward to seeing y'all soon and thank you for joining me at RDU and CLT. Thank you for making it happen!
Weve broadcasted from 54 airports. That's pretty great!
TOUGH CALL BUT THE EDGE RIGHT NOW IS THE QUEEN CITY!
NO Airport got the 60 percent needed so looks like we will be broadcasting from RDU.
EXCEPT......
We have broadcasted from RDU the past two days. Perhaps it's time to take a little break from RDU and visit CLT. Now my mind could change in the morning to Richmond, but for now, we will be headed to CLT for episode #399 Pip's Planespotting LIVE! WITH nonstop action.
THE QUEEN CITY. I will move back the start time if necessary but the start time is 11 a.m. EST/16z. So plenty of action for our friends across the pond.
But then again, you may see me pop up in Richmond. Time to get to be regardless so we can get on the road!
Thanks to the man upstairs and all your positive thoughts that allowed to get to RDU from Tucson. If you look at DFW today, my flight was one of the few flights that actually left on time. #grateful#dodgingthebullet.
I can't decide what to do on Monday. Today on my show, 40 percent of votes said they would like to see CLT.
Meanwhile on Thursday, a Pip Poll question reveals that 54 percent of votes revealed viewers would like to see Richmond.
Boy oh Boy. Decisions. Decisions. How bout I just live stream from Carolina Aviation's workplace? LOL.
I'll tell you what. IF, I get a 60 percent majority at one of the following four airports, I will broadcast from that airport on Monday, as long as I am healthy and sleep well Sunday night. You have until 7 p.m. MST Sunday Night to make your vote count.
Let's see if you all can come together on a common goal.
Otherwise, we will be hanging in Raleigh unless you REALLY want Raleigh.
I think I will eliminate DCA Reagan National because Monday has North winds in the forecast which means no planes flying over our head at Gravely Point.
Charlotte also will have North Winds which means planes will be departing towards us at the plane spotting park.
Meanwhile, Richmond and it's four arrivals per hour have never been explored.
You have until 7 p.m. Sunday night to COME TOGETHER or I'm RDU'n it.
I'll consider Dulles, but I need everyone to be on board with Dulles.
Starting at 6 a.m. Saturday, I will begin my cross country journey to North Carolina for the Carolina Aviation/Pip Hastings Aviation Super Storm Stream
If you would like to keep track of my flights, I am scheduled to be on American #490 from TUS-DFW at 6 a.m. and American #2693 from DFW-RDU at 11:20 a.m.
I hope they have all their flight attendants 😉.
I have a show scheduled for Saturday at 16:00 EST/21z(knock on wood for on time arrival into RDU). Since some of it will be at night, I'm bring the good camera with a little less zoom, so thank you in advance for your understanding.
If you could do me a favor and say a little prayer for The Pipster and Carolina that: 1. The weather will cooperate. 2. The technology will cooperate 3. We both stay healthy.
Thanks in advance for that.
I look forward to being there and seeing trees, grass, rivers and streams.
I have not heard back from Richmond Airport yet, so the Monday show may be a game time decision on where we broadcast from.
In the meantime, I hope you join us for the broadcasts, each one of you.

NAME THAT AIRPORT!
Before I get to name that airport. Thank you for voting on Richmond, Raleigh and CLT. I did not expect a majority to vote for Richmond.
No promises, but I did reach out to Richmond for insight on spotting there. We will see if it’s a viable option.
IN THE MEANTIME,
A majority of you were correct in guessing the crane clad photo as OMA Eppley Field. Well DONE!
Here is airport #8! Or 9 I think…lol
