So I really am fatigued and bored of covering these people over and over. My brain is melting from the stupidity. So the plan is to get back to normal content. I'm not gonna address the circus anymore. If they keep harassing and bullying me with more complaints, then I'll inform you all of the complaints. But I want to get back to regularly scheduled programming. Coming up next we will be covering cults, spiritual tiktok obsession, and "true" story channels. As mentioned at the beginning of the year, we will be exploring more topics that are woo-woo related or adjacent

Edit: So SEG or Kenny just had someone threaten their life because they said they didn't have anything paranormal happen to them at a location. Kenny said the place wasn't haunted and others agreed, so idk if this was directed at SEG or Kenny. However we saw Franki's friends in the comments stirring the pot. And Franki is obsessed with SEG right now. This location has nothing to do with Franki

Like seriously why are 99% of the people in the paranormal so violent and dangerous? This was a ghost hunter group who said it. And the location owner was acting all hurt because SEG won't lie. Then she did some guilt tripping about a location being her income. SEG didn't say anything bad about this place. Their reaction is insane.

And they wonder why some of us protect our identities. God forbid we tell the truth, we then get threatened to be killed. Seriously this industry needs to be drained and start over again. This stuff makes me so angry

So here is where things get tricky... Let's clarify a few things about the Conjuring House battle as I see some misunderstanding going on, or disinformation?

First, the auction was called off around October 8 (I may be off by a day or two). The original Purchase, Sale Agreement and Deed were signed around October 10th or 12th. That sales agreement was signed by Jaqueline, not her PoA and was signed in witness of Jason Hawes' attorney (I believe that's what I saw in the court papers). December 5th was the closing date and that is when the bank is required to take the pay off for the existing mortgage.

However!

Summit & Stone wasn't responding to the requests for paying off the mortgage. They were making it difficult first to find them for payment arrangements before Dec 5th. Then they were ignoring certified letters to initiate payment (FYI, that is illegal). Banks MUST accept payment. Banks are not allowed to withhold a property or just take a property. If that was allowed, then that would be absolute chaos for homeowners.

Meanwhile, a legal action was being started by Jacqueline’s sister who suddenly popped out of the woodwork . Years ago Jaqueline parted ways with her as they had a huge falling out. In fact so far it seems that there is no proof her sister has been taking care of her this whole time. Apparently she says she has proof that she checked her into a mental ward a couple of times. But the motion that would make the sister take the stand, the sister withdrew.... tricky tricky tricky

On top of this, they don't even live near each other. So if she wants to be her caregiver then why isn't she living with her? Why is it that Jaqueline seems to be taking care of herself most of the time?

Well let's discuss competency... Mental health can vary.

Speaking personally, I believe Jacqueline may have had fluctuating periods of lucidity. This is not uncommon for conditions like schizophrenia. A person can be stable in October and decline later. I have family with schizophrenia and we would see these swings. Usually a couple times a year we would have to step in and get them back on their meds. But we never had to take conservatorship of them.

Some conditions, it is a known issue where they think they are better and they stop taking meds. And that's not even touching the discussion around the history of alcohol use and how alcohol interferes with psych meds. Point is... this is why someone can be lucid in Oct and then be back to paranoia and psychosis in Dec. As well Dec is a common month for this stuff as Christmas and family stuff often hits people hard.

Finally, the Power of Attorney legally extended the agreement only because the bank wasn’t fulfilling its obligations. Regardless of any extension, the original agreement stands. Banks can’t legally hide from mortgage payoff attempts. Because of this in my opinion I don't see why the judge will entertain any motions about the extension. The extension only happened because the bank was hiding and then not responding to requests for payment.

I hope this clarifies the situation!

Oh and P.S. Jaqueline hates Elton more than Jason. Just she was lucid when that happened so she didn't post it everywhere online. Jason became her target as in my opinion, her psychosis was hyper focused on him being the one hurting her

Oh and why do I care? Because I like the ideas for scientific testing that Jason proposed with Kenny Biddle! And I'd like for once to see good prevail or evil
