🍽 Dinner Plate Breakdown – High Protein, Low Carb

1️⃣ Crispy Chicken (No Maida) – Coated with cornflakes and a little rice flour, not fried. ~100g chicken gives ~22g protein and 210 kcal.

2️⃣ Roasted Chana with Beans – Crunchy, fibre-rich combo supports digestion. ~40g chana + beans give ~6g protein and 110 kcal.
