Wish me luck I have to talk with a detective over a suspected scam on my account. Hopefully, all goes well, and they can find the people who stole my money and wrote me a fake check. Was so tired didn't even see the amount it was for or I wouldn't of cashed it. Needless to say, first the bank to get this sorted cause we don't know why I'm getting charged when they wrote the check to me. Asking for good vibes and a easy time today! It's is with great disdain and a heavy heart I must admit, The Jester Dog channel has officially deactivated our fostering and rehabilitation services for aggressive pitbulls and Misunderstood dogs (Our FRFAPMD or FRAP[Foster Rehabilitation for Aggressive (from Abuse) Pits] for short). Due to the fact, I had to give Tucker and Doobie away to a better home, and honestly their rehabilitation has taken its physical toll on my body,I can't lie. I'm officially maxed out on raising animals for now.,both mentally and Physically exhausted,as well as homeless due to our old slum home being finally condemned.That is to say, the beginning of Tuck's rehabilitation killed me,Doobie wasn't even that bad, Doob mostly just went after other dogs their at first.
Those of you guys who have been with the Channel Long enough know I have been battling homelessness. Its finally happened (though I am in the process of moving to another town and will have an apartment soon) not only have I become homeless(due to a slum home), but finally had to give Tucker and Doobie up due to the fact I can't raise two pits on the street, especially alone. Besides that,it's also because they have finally been rehabilitated, and no longer can be considered aggressive.
Thus brings our channel's animal services to an end on Fostering and Rehabilitating Pitbulls (that are or have been seen as aggressive or mean). Tucker was definitely the hardest,thankfully both dogs have(since I first got them) show no sign of biting without provocation. Or any aggressive tendencies, Doobie has even refrained from fighting dogs that may come at him first!! Their new owners (despite our PERSONAL problems) are amazing to their animals and the boys,I know they will find them homes ,since I can't walk them two hours back into town (since they brought them out there to their home) on a country or main road to do so. Not only is it physically impossible,if they didn't want the animals they shouldn't of drove them 2 hours out that far with no ride back into the city.
I had almost forgotten I was Fostering Tucker and Doobie,when they came to me,merely till I could find them homes and to rehabilitate them. Three years now,and I'm grateful to announce they have been successfully rehabilitated. Neither dogs have bitten,or had problems in over a year Tucker no longer runs away,and Doobie no longer attacks other dogs unless provocation. Even without at times. Though yes they still play rough with each other,both have found new ways to what seems calm themselves down. They've learned how to speak and associate their feelings,instead of automatically attacking now. They love their new environment. They stay out of trouble,they are fed well ,sleep good,and are loved. That's all that matters to me.
Though this was quite unexpected,I know this is the best decision. For them and me. It is the fostering of these amazing animals, the watching them grow to amazing listeners and top notched trained companions,willing to learn anything new (be it labour or mental activities) ,and help get past even what humankind considers challenging, that makes it worth while. No I wasn't expecting this,but they are both highly skilled and trained animal. If something did come down and the owners choose they do not want them,they are welcome to sign them over to the pound (though I seriously hope not) or to a shelter. Neither are considered aggressive and it shouldn't take much to find them homes where the owners will love them and keep them.
I guess I got lost in the game,as it is not only the owner who bonds with the dog,but the dog who must accept the owner. I guess in a way I always knew they'd bond with someone else. Doobie never shared a kiss,and Tucker was always somewhat still stubborn with me. However their new owner is someone they seem to love,and truly accept as theirs. I witness Doobie giving his love freely,and Tucker always listening on command in a way they were hesitant to show me. Even the dogs must've remembered what I had forgot,they were never truly mine,only in my life for rehabilitation treatment,and to be shown what having a loving owner was finally like. Though the hardest part is letting go,cutting our bond like the snipping of a string with scissors,it is also what will make their new bonds and cords wrap taught around their new owners hearts,and stronger then ours before. It is also what helps them grow to learn not all goodbyes are forever and not even the ones that may be,are bad. And to my friends ,Tucker Jackson Lane, and Dooburt Doobie Doo. I must give you a better life,a more free life. Where you can show your effectiveness. Where you can become stronger and use those new found talents to protect ,guard,and even track if called on. To be loved and and give love when they need it.

Well yeah I'm homeless but it could be worse. I'm warm,got shelter and water proof,and insulated at that. Yeah gets a bit nippy but me and the dogs don't mind. Plus now that I've got a bit of warmer objects to help I think it'll be a little easier. Gotta a subzero queen sized sleeping bag too. Dogs have food and a place to put it so the animals can't get it...or them lol. Wish us luck on the small mountain to success,not enough actual low income housing in Bristol for people who make only $945 once a month. Especially with regular rent being far too high,at anywhere from $800- even $1000 a month. Can't do it on a single family income for a single disabled person. Maybe They'll up the amount of money we get to at least $1000 a month then we won't be cold and slum lords won't get away with having dangerous homes,with multiple fire hazards and health code violations. God be with me and has been with me during this time. There's only one way but up here.

The judge ruled (October 1st, 2024 in the case of The LLC against Lane) ,that I don't live an unhabitable apartment,even though multiple things go against codes of VA. I brought physically evidence to attest to this,but they just wanted me to pay him. The Bristol ,VA judge never looked at the photos I'm showing you. And even more,and worse photos of the homes unhabitable situation. I'm going to housing authority soon and having the home condemned for unhabitable problems such as pest infestations,rotting wood, walls and floor boards(all of which I had multiple more pictures for)Unworking disability ramps,that aren't slip resistant,didn't care about the breaker box flipping every week ,he swore had no right (despite the problems I'm about to show you and have shown you) to withhold rent from the landlord because of the state of the home. I DID NOT AGREE TO PAY FOR AN APARTMENT THAT WASN'T COMPLETED NOR DID I AGREE TO FIX IT IF IT WASN'T. My slum Lords want to go this far? Okay lets see how you like me reporting your to every housing authority company known to America that governs Virginia.I may not be able to Sue you but they can. I may be autistic,but I am not dumb,I'm disabled but very intelligent and I won't be suffered any longer. Cal your home is going to be condemned,I've already got the apartment addresses are also not up to code,and I have pictures because some of them are my friends. We are sick of you Cal Robbins,I don't normally put names out but I will not allow him to slander my name to others or use his wife to kick me out. He and his wife will not keep getting rent from this place,I may have lost $2000 dollars but after the housing authority gets you,you won't be allowed to own property in VA again. You have trampled and threatened my mother far enough too, no one uses me as retaliation towards my mother. This man literally has used the poor and disabled ,workers and non-working to tell them they can move in. When asked if hats all I was charging him in return for I didn't even get three words out before it was assumed they knew what I was saying. My right to be given an attorney if one can't be afforded was revoked, they gave me a card for legal aid,but they didn't answer the phone at all. You can't keep a man from getting an attorney,the courts must appoint one if their are charges being pressed. I'm already found low-income and disabled, yet was offered no help. I did everything but a tenants assertion, which is only needed if I'm pressing he charges,that was not the case! I was defending it. Won't take up your time so here's the pictures of what 818 Highland Avenue, Bristol VA Apartment 104 looks like. Truly looks like even if he promises to fix the home. He hasn't touched the basement in 4 years. Only to toss non-working dryers, washers, sinks and ECT. Trash too!!! Leaky sewage pipes, and broken stoves. Sink barely works, no ADEQUATE heating or ducts all of them are rusted and unworking, ceiling fans for air conditioning. I don't have money to sue him and so he has used his associations and personal contacts to disturb the peace of his tenants and has outright decided to stop maintenance on this home all together I'm moving soon anyways,so go ahead and tell the man how you feel about slum lord's!
