The film deals with the two populations of brown bears that still live in the Wild in the Italian mountains. Marsican bears are the smallest European bears, feeding mainly on plants and interact with local human population because they like to exploit honey and fruit on farmland. There are only twelve fertile females, capable of giving birth to cubs.

The public opinion is divided: Some want to hunt them, some love having them back in their natural habitat, and some want to see them in zoos.

- Cave explorers, sail makers and coffee specialists are also part of the big picture.

Flying drone cameras provide birds-eye views and are an important element of the films. The results are spectacular images from completely different angles which provide us with landscape overviews and detailed insights, the likes of which have never been seen before.

The East African savannah is one of the richest biotopes in the world. It is home to nearly two million large herbivores, including wildebeest, topi and gazelle. To satisfy their appetite, these animals find an abundance of plants. But they have to live under the constant threat of predators: Carnivores, such as cheetahs, lions and leopards, are at the top of the food chain. Often presented as ferocious and dominant, they are in fact dependent on their prey, which makes them vulnerable. So, to survive in the savannah, which are better adapted: herbivores or carnivores?

The film analyzes to what extent the diet of a species impacts its way of life. And this overturns preconceived ideas. For example, some herbivores, such as zebras, fight violently while carnivores, such as big cats, share their food and cuddle. It also appears that at birth young lions are far from displaying the superb behavior that we would expect from the "kings of the savannah". While small antelopes, on the contrary, are resourceful and adventurous from birth. This film reminds us that in nature there are no dominant or dominated animals, but a balance of creatures, interdependent on each other, and all perfectly adapted to their environment.
