Hello Amazing Humans!! It's way past my bedtime and I'm thinking maybe I should have waited to upload my last video cuz I honestly don't know if I said everything I wanted to and then realized as I was uploading it's almost 30 minutes long...I'll thank the squirrel's for that. As I'm doing this whole YouTube thing and learning uploading and editing and all the things- " insert drumroll" - I just made a "fancy" video. So... you'll find out shortly that there will be (2) duplicate videos for the Root & Sacral Chakra meditations. They may be slightly different, as I actually typed them up and recorded versus the "winging it" method I did the first go round...lol.
