Welcome to the channel I hope everyone is well. 522 Subscribers!!!! AWESOME!!!! This weeks weather has been a challenge and I hope to get in the woods tomorrow, as temperatures are now out of the freezing stage however we may have some rain, we shall see.

Weight loss update...since hiking, no alcohol, watching what i eat, and now on the 7mg Tirzepatide I am down 46pounds in just over 4 months...look out summer here we come.

The Mansour Brothers were on this latest Adventure. Chad on my right is know as DaddyChadi on Instagram ,he does our hiking photos, some video posts and extra media relations for the channel.
Paul on my left has a YouTube channel called Flukeyoufishing and is a wildlife photographer, his instagram page is mansourphotos, what incredible work.
Together with these two men, and the support of my wife Dianne, my weight loss journey has been amazing.
I am down another 5lbs today making the total loss 34 lbs in 3months and 1 week. I now start the 7.5mg trizepatide shot hoping to stay the course with bigger losses.

Had my weekly weight in this morning and down 2lbs from last week. It was hard work, as from the last two weeks I was stuck in plateau. Just gaining muscle.
I’m still hiking decent miles, no alcohol, watching my diet, however water intake has been hard.
I added fasting for 17 hours this past week and I could tell my body was in fat burn mode.
Let the Adventure Continue!!!

Went out near the gulf in hopes of shooting a video today, unfortunately things did not go as planned on the water.
1 mangrove snapper and 1 catfish were caught however no video..ugh.

The Roof video airs this Wednesday at 7am, I am currently working on the walls which will almost wrap the project up. That video should air Friday at 7am.
Remember….I try to post on every Wednesday and Friday of the week.
New gear has arrived from a company who has asked to collaborate with them, so I will be back on the water doing some fishing and testing of products for both the kayaks and boat.
