🥩🔥 Carnivore Reset Fast – Part 1 Complete! 🔥🥩
Last night at 6 PM I completed Part 1 of my 72-hour fasting reset ⏳
At the end of the fast I weighed in and I’m DOWN 7 POUNDS ⚖️💪
To break the fast I kept it simple with some pork rinds 🐖🥓, then I immediately reset the clock for another 72-hour fast. Round two has officially begun.
What surprised me the most is how easy this first fast was compared to a couple years ago.
✔️ No bad feelings
✔️ No side effects
✔️ No extreme hunger
Honestly, it felt smooth and natural, which is why I decided to go back-to-back for another 72 hours.
Sometimes your body just needs a hard reset 🔄 to switch gears and start burning fat efficiently again.

🔥 36 Hours Into a 72-Hour Fast — Feeling Incredible 💪
I’m officially 36 hours into a 72-hour fast and I feel amazing.
No crazy hunger. No major cravings. Just water 💧 and one big coffee ☕ in the morning — that’s it. And it’s been surprisingly easy.
What’s blown me away is the inflammation reduction:
• Right elbow pain down at least 50% 🔥
• Right hip inflammation down about 85% 🙌
That alone is powerful motivation.
This fast is my reset 🔄 — a clean slate. The goal is to accelerate the shift from burning glucose to burning fat and get fully back into ketosis 🔥🧠.
At 300 lbs, I’ve drawn a line in the sand.
My goal: 240 lbs at 44 years old — strong 💪, mobile 🦵, and inflammation-free.
72 hours feels very doable. I’ll reassess there. If I feel strong, I may push to 120 hours (5 days) ⏳ — possibly even 168 hours (7 days). We’ll see.
Post-fast game plan:
• Daily 16–18 hour intermittent fasting ⏰
• Eating window roughly 2 PM – 5 PM 🥩
• Strict carnivore 🥩🔥
• Zero sugar ❌🍬
• Low carb
• High discipline 🧠
Once you pass 24 hours, something shifts — it gets easier. If you’ve never done a longer fast, talk to your doctor 🩺 and consider trying 24 hours just to test yourself.
72 hours tends to be the sweet spot where ketosis is deep 🔥 and autophagy ramps up 🔄.
Ketones are powerful. Lower insulin 📉. Lower inflammation 🔥. Better clarity 🧠.

Back on Carnivore and decided to Jump Start it and rest my body with a 72 hour Fast, if when completed I feel up to it I will attempt a 120 hour fast. My theory is it will help in the switch from burning Glucose to Burning fat. 36 hours into this fast and it has been very easy so far and my inflammation in my Hip and Elbow has dropped by at least 50% already. My plan moving forward after I have completed the fast will be to do a 16-18 hour fast everyday until I hit my goal weight of 240 lbs, yesterday I measured in at 300 lbs so it’s go time! 😎🥩💪

-1) Start of with a 0.97 Pound American 🇺🇸 Akaushi Waygu, New York Strip Steak from Hook and Cleaver Ranch
-2) Add Redmonds Ancient Sea Salt to it and Vacuum Seal it
-3) Sous Vide cook it at 129f for 1 hour 30 min
-4) Reverse Sear at 1,575f for 45-60 seconds on each side
I Promise…THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!
I just ruined Steak 🥩 Night out at a “Premium Steak House” FOREVER!!!

As per request from a viewer… I just got done recording how I make my FlaVore Living Meatballs. I normally use a Weber 22 Inch Kettle Grill to smoke them for 45 mins at 250f but this time I did it on a New Pellet Grill and as I expected …. They came out amazing! On my Version of Carnivore (FlaVore) I only deviate a little and use Spices and Rubs that are so low in carbs and sugars that they don’t have a value on the nutrition labels. This allows me to cook Flavoricious Meals. Now my purpose is Weight Loss, if yours is allergies or other conditions, you might want to cut out the spices and just smoke them. These cooked on the pellet smoker using cherry pellets for 3 hours at 200f. The video will be posted on the entire process in the next few days. 😎🥩🌱💪

Wahooo! Day 15 and I’m DOWN ⬇️ 5 Pounds! I will say out of all the diets I have tried, this Carnivore Diet has been the easiest and simply because when I do eat I get full and don’t have Hunger Issues. That has always been my issue!
I will do a Two Week Check in Video later today where I go into more details about my experiences the First Two weeks.
