Losing weight is pretty simple.

But it’s not easy.

This is my 12kg+ transformation and our clients’ 10–35kg transformations 🤝🏻

Why I have ‘big’legs…

Most people would respond to this comment with hate but I’m genuinely going to respond with education so people who want to know, know and people who have the same said big legs can also know.

Genetics. My sister and mam both have a more curvier lower body. I got it from my momma.

I train legs HARD. I lift heavy weights and my muscles grow.

Fat. I have and always have carried more fat on my legs. Everyone genetically hold more fat in different places. Mine is my legs.

Big legs aren’t bad, they aren’t good. They just are what they are

16 year old Bethany hated her big legs and this comment would have really upset her. But now I fricken love them and genuinely love that I got this comment as it means my big legs are noticeable hehe.

So if you are a fellow big leg person yourself or wonder why I have or other people have big legs. I hope you’ve got your answer.

I've gained 3kg over the last 2 weeks.

Totally normal. I've ate what I've wanted. Pizza, chocolate, lots of Christmas food, hot chocolates. You name it.

I've got a really exciting life changing trip coming up in January 👀 and I really want to reach some body goals for myself in the first part of this year - grow muscle, lose fat, get clearer skin (unashamed to admit that)

So l'll be documenting it all. My meals. My thoughts. How I do it around normal life. How I do it with work, being in a relationship, crazy hunger levels. We've got it all coming.

It didn’t feel right to just share my wins of 2025 without showing you the other 50% which was the failures.

Everyone is so scared of failing. But it’s where we learn and grow the most. Praise your wins, but praise your failures more. You’re human, failure is unavoidable.

Fail more in 2026. Don’t be afraid of doing it. I promise you’ll always come out better.

I just wanted to break up your feed to show you a bit of reality.
