I had to pull up and remind you that the tables will turn and not because you finally exposed the narcissist or because you crafted the perfect clapback. It won’t be because everyone saw what they did but because God is sovereign 🙌🏾

Survivor, hear me: the narcissist may have gaslit you into believing that you are crazy, too sensitive and you were in fact that problem but let me remind crazy that was all projection. You were in a season God allowed, just like Hannah. The Scripture says, “The Lord had closed her womb.” (1 Samuel 1:5) That line offends people because it means God was not absent in her suffering, He was governing it.

Hannah was provoked year after year, publically humiliated, emotionally tormented and the worst part is the people around her didn’t fully see it.
Friend, does any of this sound familiar?

Narcissistic abuse thrives in private. It confuses and isolates you. It makes you question your own perception but sovereignty means this:

👉🏾 God saw every manipulation.
👉🏾 Every smear campaign.
👉🏾 Every silent treatment.
👉🏾 Every time you swallowed your truth to keep the peace.

🗣️ He kept record.
Hannah did not fight Peninnah, she didn’t audition for her acceptance or validation neither did she compete. She went to the altar and that’s  the part survivors miss. You don’t win by obsessing over their downfall. You win by being rebuilt in the presence of God.

When the table turned for Hannah, it wasn’t revenge, it was restoration. She didn’t just receive a child, she birthed a prophet. Hear me: what they tried to destroy in you is what God is going to use to shift atmospheres but this is where it gets piercing: if you’re still rehearsing the injustice more than you’re renewing your mind, you are emotionally tied to the very table you’re praying will flip.

This Comeback SZN is not about watching your abuser fall, it’s about you rising healed. Sovereignty means:
👉🏾 God allowed it but He did not endorse the sin.
👉🏾 He will judge righteously without your interference.
👉🏾 He will restore you in a way that silences what words never could.

PGT is not a pity party, it’s a rebuilding ground.
👉🏾 We teach discipline.
👉🏾 We teach discernment.
👉🏾 We teach governance.

Because healed men and women don’t chase closure, they cultivate clarity. If you’re ready to stop surviving and start reigning, lock in with PGT this Comeback SZN. The tables will turn but before they do, govern yourself accordingly.

Jesus warned us about this.

In Luke 11:24 - 26, He describes an unclean spirit leaving a person. The house is swept and put in order but empty. The spirit returns and finds it vacant, bringing seven others more wicked than itself.

The issue was not that deliverance happened, it was that nothing filled the space. You see, deliverance removes what bound you while building what sustains you.

An empty house invites old cycles. If the mind is not renewed, old thought patterns return. If the heart is not transformed, old desires resurface and if discipline is not developed, old habits repeat.

Romans 12:2 “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind”

Transformation is ongoing, it’s not an altar moment but a daily surrender. Galatians 5:16 “Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.” Notice it says walk, that implies consistency not a one-time encounter.

When there is no walking and only moments, cycles form and sometimes what people call “needing deliverance again” is actually a lack of development. Freedom must be filled with truth, discipline, and formation. Jesus said in John 8:32: “You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

👉🏾 Some deliverance is not “come out.”
👉🏾 Some deliverance is light coming on.
Proverbs 11:9 “Through knowledge shall the just be delivered.”

Knowledge delivers, truth  uproots deception, understanding breaks bondage and then comes formation: 2 Peter 1:5 - 8 tells us to add to our faith, virtue, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness. That’s discipleship and  growth language. You cannot cast out a lack of self-control, you have to cultivate it.

Likewise you cannot expel immaturity but you can grow into maturity.
Galatians 5:24 “Those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh” you don’t cast out the flesh, you crucify it  daily. Encounters are powerful but fruit is produced through abiding. John 15:4 - 5 “Abide in Me, he who abides in Me bears much fruit.”

Fruit grows through remaining, obedience, repetition and  discipline. Deliverance can start freedom while discipleship sustains it and PGT’s Comeback SZN is not about emotional highs, it’s about spiritual formation.

Govern yourself accordingly.

Rock bottom wasn’t a moment for me, it was a season. A long one, the kind you don’t post about because you’re just trying to survive it. I thought it would choke the life out of me.

The sorrow was heavy, the despair was overwhelming. Every day felt like I was buried under the weight of disappointment, loss, unanswered prayers, and a version of myself I didn’t recognize anymore. I didn’t just want the season to end, I wanted to escape it.

But what I didn’t know then is this: that was the exact place where my relationship with God took root, not on the mountaintop, not when things were clear and not when prayers were answered quickly. But underground, covered and hidden.

See, roots don’t grow upward first, they grow down. Deep into the dark. Into the soil where pressure is real and resistance is constant. And the deeper the root, the stronger the plant’s ability to stand when storms come and storms will come because life… life will life.

This is why shallow faith collapses when hardship hits. When belief hasn’t been tested, when trust hasn’t been stretched, when dependence on God hasn’t been forged in the dark, everything looks strong until the winds pick up.

Jesus explains this principle clearly in Matthew 13:24-30, when He teaches about the wheat and the tares growing together. The field looks messy. Confusing. Undistinguishable at first glance. But the wisdom is in the waiting. The farmer doesn’t rush the process because uprooting too early risks destroying what’s still being established.

And that’s what God was doing with me, what felt like delay was actually protection. What felt like burial was actually planting. What felt like abandonment was actually intentional placement. Some seasons are covered on purpose, you’re not being punished. You’re being rooted.

God knows that if He pulls you out too soon, if you rush past the grief, the pruning, the surrender, you won’t be able to withstand what’s coming next. Depth is required for durability. So if you’re reading this and you feel stuck in a season you want to skip… If everything in you is screaming, “God, hurry this up”… If you feel buried instead of blessed…..

Pause.

This may be the very soil where your faith is being established. Where your discernment is sharpening. Where your dependence on God is becoming unshakable.

Don’t rush covered seasons, don’t despise the dark. Don’t compare your underground work to someone else’s harvest. Growth is happening, even when you can’t see it yet and one day, when the storms come (because they will), you’ll realize: the season you thought would break you is the reason you didn’t break at all.

Govern yourself accordingly.

You don’t need permission to heal.
You don’t need approval to grow.
And you don’t need to stay stuck because of where you started.

The beginning doesn’t define you.
Your obedience from this point forward does.

If you’re ready to stop surviving and start rebuilding, this is your moment.

Reconciliation is NOT evidence of forgiveness. Let’s clear this up once and for all. The healing community gets this wrong far too often.

Forgiveness does not mean the abuse didn’t happen.
Forgiveness does not excuse a narcissist’s behavior.
Forgiveness does not require reconciliation, proximity, or access.

Biblical forgiveness was never an invitation for an unrepentant narcissist to keep harming you. Jesus forgave and confronted. God extends mercy and sets boundaries. Wisdom says distance is protection, not bitterness.

If there is no repentance, no change, and no accountability, no contact is not unforgiveness, it’s discernment and if people are uncomfortable with your boundaries, that’s their conviction, not your calling.

🗣️ You can forgive and close the door.
🛑 You can heal without reconciling.
🔥 You can obey God without sacrificing yourself on someone else’s altar.

If this message hit, it’s time to rebuild with clarity, truth, and holy boundaries.

At first, they looked flawless but time exposes patterns which reveals their spirit. A narcissist will maintain the façade as long as control is intact.
Charm in the beginning, confusion in the middle and cruelty in the valley. Who you meet during devaluation is who they’ve always been just no longer motivated to pretend and once God opens your eyes, you can’t unsee it.

👉🏾 That wasn’t “love changing.”
👉🏾 That wasn’t “you asking for too much.”
👉🏾 That wasn’t “a rough season.”

🗣️ That was exposure.

God, in His sovereignty, does not allow masks to stay intact forever. What looked like loss was actually deliverance. What felt like betrayal was God breaking your agreement with deception. You didn’t miss it, you were led out of it and if you’re wondering why it hurt so deeply, it’s because warfare always intensifies right before freedom.

This is not the end of your story, it is the clearing of the ground. Prepare to rebuild.

Some of you are still waiting for approval to heal. Waiting for the narcissist to validate what they broke. Waiting for people who benefited from your silence to suddenly applaud your freedom.

🗣️ Hear me clearly: Jesus did not die so you could keep asking permission to live.“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.” Galatians 5:1

👉🏾 Freedom was paid for, not postponed.
👉🏾 Healing was purchased, not negotiated.
👉🏾 Your voice was redeemed, not meant to stay muted.

When Christ said “It is finished,” He wasn’t talking about them, He was talking about your bondage. Your trauma does not get the final word, the Cross already spoke. Stop living like an extra in a story where you are the redeemed of the Lord. Stop shrinking to survive rooms God already authorized you to outgrow. You don’t need permission when He already paid the price.

“Let the redeemed of the Lord say so.” Psalm 107:2

So say it, walk it and live like you know what it cost. If you’re done asking for permission and ready to decide, come sit at the table.

They tried to summarize her by her past however Jesus introduced her by her purpose. The woman at the well wasn’t overlooked by God because of her history but rather, she was strategically positioned by Him.

👉🏾 Five marriages didn’t disqualify her.
👉🏾 Trauma didn’t silence her.
👉🏾 Shame didn’t cancel her assignment.

Jesus met her on purpose at the place people talked about her and this was not to expose her, but to restore her authority and to those reading this who survived narcissistic abuse, hear me clearly: What you went through did not confuse God. What tried to break you did not outrank His sovereignty. What manipulated you does not get the final word. Narcissistic abuse thrives on rewriting your identity but God restores it.

People may reduce you to what you endured, but God always speaks to who you’re becoming. You are not damaged goods, you are not disqualified, you are positioned. The same God who met her at the well is meeting you at the point of your clarity, your healing, your no-more-tolerance, your rebuilding and when God preserves your future, no human gets to veto it.

This is your reminder: your story is still under divine authorship. Ready to rebuild with truth, clarity, and authority? Visit PinkGirlTeaches.com This is where survivors stop surviving and start ruling.

Narcissists rely on passivity and silence, they will gaslight you into believing you are the problem because they know accountability threatens their illusion of control. Let’s be clear: Calling out harm is not bitterness and naming behavior is not cruelty. Truth does not become disrespectful just because someone refuses to repent.

Biblically, silence never won.

👉🏾 David confronted Saul.
👉🏾 Nathan confronted David.
👉🏾 Jesus confronted the Pharisees publicly,  not to shame, but to expose what darkness was hiding.

Accountability is not unloving, it’s necessary and healing does not require you to protect the ego of someone who refused to protect your heart. If you’re done confusing peace with silence, you’re ready to rebuild.
If this resonated, begin your healing with clarity not guilt.
