A Painting is not just a portrait of something it always hold a deep meaning ...
This Painting tells that " God's plan is always better than our plan"
In this Painting there is a broken ship which is floating in the sea of the filament .filament of bulb glows it means it is warm and the only warm place in mortal world is God's lap.it means the ship is floating in God's lap and the ship here represents the human life .the ship is broken which tells that human life is full of sufferings but it is still floating in God's lap means God is the one who is floating your ship.and there are two black flags at the top of the ship which are floating even in the thunderstorm, this tells that even if we are facing problems we are still moving ahead and this same thing can be inferred from the ship that even broken but it is still floating ,the thunderstorm is showing the peak of kalyug ,we are facing the thunderstorm but we are still safe from the most dangerous ocean tides .it means God have given us problems but only that much that we can go through and the bulb is still glowing after all this which tells even if life is full of tragedy it is still good because we are alive and living this life and the background is black again telling kalyug's peak and also symbolizing the dead one .
The overall meaning is trust on God whatever situation he has created it must be beneficial for you as here he let you suffer from thunderstorm to save you from ocean tides .so believe in God cause God's plan is always better then ours ......
