In case you missed it, I touched up a Ethiopian water opal yesterday live - there will be video on here somewhat soon (probably in the next week)
Opal is such a finicky stone to work because they tend to absorb water and can have a tendency to break if they dry out too quickly....sometimes they can crack if they absorb water too quickly and even more so if there are inclusions such as sand or dirt that absorbs the water and expands.
Almost like nature's feather wedge.
It was a joy to work on this because its supposed to be wet or continuously in water so I didn't have to worry about water 🙂

I, however and I'm very sorry for this, am postponing the Showroom live sale until next weekend so I have time to properly prepare the space and be personally 100% for you all.

I have boxes ready to be shipped - just waiting for internet to come back online so I can print the labels and get it all to the post office.
The roofers had to disconnect so they can make repairs on the other side of the house.
