The meeting took place at office PACC, where we discussed our upcoming CSR Awards 2025 initiative. Mr. Umar Farooq extended a warm welcome and graciously hosted us over coffee. As a gesture of respect, we presented him with a portfolio, and memorable photographs were taken to mark the occasion. During the meeting, Mr. Umar assured his full moral support for our CSR Awards. He also expressed his willingness to collaborate by offering Disaster Management and First Aid Training sessions for our CSR awardees through the ðžââð®ââðªââðââðž. We, in turn, expressed our sincere gratitude and commitment to mutual cooperation. It was a pleasant and meaningful half-hour discussion held in a friendly and constructive atmosphere. ðžââð®ââðªââðââðžâaffectionately known by many as Hope on the way was founded by the Government of Sindh as a not forprofit (Section 42) company on 1ïžâ£4ïžâ£ âðŠââðºââð¬ââðºââðžââð¹â 2ïžâ£0ïžâ£2ïžâ£1ïžâ£. Its establishment underscores Sindhâs commitment to ensuring a dependable 24/7 emergency response system for all its citizens.

Its roots trace back to the Aman Foundationâs ambulance service, a high-quality private led EMS Emergency Medical Services operation, which later transitioned into a public mandate. By 2021, with the full backing of the Sindh government, SIEHS inherited this legacy and expanded its reach to cover all 30 districts in Sindh.

I have observed that Dengue Diagnosis in the current wave is giving NS1 Negative if the patient was infected with Dengue previously. IgM report is Positive in such cases. We recommend a three test Dengue profile to properly evaluate the status. Dengue NS1, IgM, IgG, Malaria Peripheral Smear, ICT MP, Diagnosis with CBC , Platelets @ 2500. Follow up CBC+Platelets @400. I have observed that Dengue Diagnosis in the current wave is giving NS1 Negative if the patient was infected with Dengue previously. IgM report is Positive in such cases. We recommend a three test Dengue profile to properly evaluate the status. Dengue NS1, IgM, IgG, Malaria Peripheral Smear, ICT MP, Diagnosis with CBC , Platelets @ 2500.
Follow up CBC+Platelets @400.
