Today marks one year since Emily Pike’s remains were found.
While there haven’t been major developments in her case recently, I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge her and everyone who cares about her story.
Emily mattered. Remembering her and continuing to talk about what happened to her is part of making sure she isn’t forgotten.
Community members are also working to ensure a permanent memorial remains in her honor.
