Hey there! I'm Michelle, a nationally certified child passenger safety technician and mom of 2. I am the founder and owner of Safe in the Seat. My goal here on this channel and in all we do at Safe in the Seat is to bridge the gap between the science and technical side of car seat safety with real, everyday mom life. Every mom just wants to keep her kids safe. That’s it. That’s the goal. That’s why @safeintheseat exists.

Not fear. Not shame. Not judgment. Just clear, supportive, expert-backed education so you can control the controllable.

SAFE: 2+
SAFER: as long as possible for your child and family
SAFEST: until your child reaches one of the rear-facing limits of their seat and has to turn forward (but not before 2!)
