Attention railfans of San Joaquin valley

During the Warbonnet leader you have seen on the Stockton railcam

according to Calrailfans in Facebook

New Connector track going in at the Stockton Diamonds. UP has moved in concrete & wood ties as well as rails.
The exact RoW still needs to be graded but the crew there is going to start building the required turnouts and install them.

That’s how my imagination works if Amtrak is going from Sacramento to Oakland instead of going Sacramento to Bakersfield.
