Ciao! I forgot to tell you that I used my own - just harvested - artichokes for that dish. It was so good that my sis-in-law who never compliments me, ate it all; without a compliment, of course!, hahaha. :D Swipe-> to see my artichoke plants (I have 5).

Ciao to all my followers! Please excuse my absence, I have had all kinds of computer problems which I've tried to fix in various ways including trading my laptop to (my old) desktop iMac and then doing various upgrades. Long story short, despite lots of effort and time, it is very difficult to edit videos on either computer so last night I decided to purchase a new laptop. Its expensive so I had to make sure I had tried every other solution available.
I hope it will get me back on YouTube ASAP!
I have LOTS of material, just need to edit and publish. Thanks so much for your patience. STAY tuned!
