I hope everyone is off to a great start to their new year...I just want to let you all know that I've definitely been thinking of you guys. This past year certainly flew by with lots of things accomplished and learned in life. I hope you have all experienced your own levels of fulfillment, success, and growth as well!
Lately, the urge to return to music has been tugging at me more than ever... For those of you who have been waiting almost a decade at this point, I am endlessly grateful for your patience and support. I read your notes and comments quite frequently and they always give me spirts of hope and motivation that my involvement with music WILL continue. I suppose I'm also fortunate to have teammates in BBQ who are also musicians. Being around others who love creating music everyday is honestly contagious and very inspirational, making me yearn to scratch that itch once again.
With 2025 ahead of us, I do have plans to finally purchase a new laptop to produce on in the near future. Something that is a little more future proof and will last at least the next decade. Once that step is complete, there's still the data transferring, relearning, etc... to take care of. So I cant make any concrete promises of a full return just yet. But I do hope to at least lend reassurance that things are already starting to slowly move forward.
That said, please continue to take care of yourselves and enjoy life! ❤️ Thanks again for everything guys!

Hey guys. I hope you're all doing alright. I know it probably seems like forever since you've last heard from me, so I figured you all deserved a little life update and hopefully some peace of mind on where I've been.
A lot of positive changes have happened in real life over the years. Rewinding back to 2015 - 2022, I was mainly focusing on building a career in accounting, which was a decent job that came with its benefits, but consequently, it absorbed a lot of my time and energy away from music production. However, at the time, it was the most efficient way of paying off student loan debt.
By the end of 2021, I was finally debt free and able to seek out a new career path that I could sink my passion into. And by August of 2022, I had moved halfway across the country from CT to TX to pursue a job in barbecue as a pitmaster. As of now, its been an extremely fun and rewarding job, where you're surrounded by other passionate individuals. The work-life balance has also been a major plus.
Now, as for the music, the community, and the question of whether or not I will be returning. Truthfully, I would really like to return someday, but I currently don't have a definitive answer of when or even how. In terms of 'when', I first need to buy a new computer and transfer all of my data and files to it, since my previous laptop is 13 years old at this point and can barely run FL studio 😅. Also, I'd need to put a serious amount of time into relearning everything old AND new. In terms of 'how', my future style might be familiar, but also undergo a lot of changes, since music has evolved so much in the past decade and there's been a ton of new inspirations to draw ideas from. I terms of the community, a lot of people have been super nice about reaching out to ask how things have been, share stories about their development as new producers, or to even give me a heads up whenever someone is trying to impersonate me via discord and reddit. In that regard, I can assure you that I have not really had any official activity up until now. So I'm sorry for any false hype that people have been going through about my return.
Overall, I hope this post helps resolve some of people's lingering questions on what I've been up to, but also does not give the wrong impression of me officially being back. It could be another 5 years until I post here again, who really knows.
But I'm happy to see that everyone from Geometry Dash and beyond have been thriving and have allowed me to still be a part of their communities in some way. I'll always be grateful for everyone's support.
From here, I may pop in and out every now and then from my personal life. But if anything big surrounding my return to music comes up, I'll be sure to let y'all know.
