ತಾತ್ಪರ್ಯ:- ಈ ಪದ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯತಃ ಶ್ರೀ ಮೂಲರೂಪಿ ಶ್ರೀಮನ್ನಾರಾಯಣನ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಕೃಷ್ಣಾಜಿನವನ್ನುಟ್ಟು ತಪೋವನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಪಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡುವ ಋಷಿಗಳೆಂಬ ಚಾತಕಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶ್ರೀಹರಿಯು ಮೋಡದಂತೆ ಅನಂದಕರನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಮೊಸಳೆಯಿಂದ ಪೀಡಿತನಾದ ಗಜರಾಜನಿಗೆ ಶ್ರೀಹರಿಯು ವರವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. "ನಾನು (ಭಕ್ತನು) ಭವರೋಗವಂಬ ಶತ್ರುವಿನ ಅಕ್ರಮಣದಿಂದ ದುರ್ಬಲನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನನ್ನ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪಗಳು ವಿಫಲವಾದುದರಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಅಹಂಕಾರವು (ನಾನೇ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ 'ಅಹಂ ಕರೋಮಿ') ಎಂಬ ಅಭಿ ಮಾನವು ಬಹುಮಟ್ಟಿಗ ನಾಶವಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಂಸಾರವೆಂಬ ರೋಗ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಥವಾದ ಯಾವ ಔಷಧವೂ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೂವಿನ ರಸವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಓಡುವ ದುಂಬಿಯಂತೆ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ”. ನಿನ್ನ ಎರಡು ಪಾದಗಳಾದರೋ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಮಲವನ್ನೂ ನಾಚಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠವಾದ ವೈಕುಂಠಾದಿ ಲೋಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಓಡಾಡುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಅಂತಹ ನಿನ್ನ ಪಾದಕಮಲಗಳೆರಡನ್ನೂ ನಾನು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಶರಣು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಗದಾಧಾರಿಯಾದ (ತ್ರಿವಿಕ್ರಮನೇ ) ನೀನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡು ಎಂದು ಭಾವ🌺🙏🌸

ಭಾರತವು ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷರ ಆಡಳಿತಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಒಂದು ಲಷ್ಕ‌ರ್ ಆಗಿತ್ತು, ಲಷ್ಕರ್ ಎಂದರೆ ಪಾರಸೀ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೈನ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಅರ್ಥ.


ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಷ್ಕರು ಎಂದರೆ ಸೈನ್ಯವನ್ನಿಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶ. ದಂಡು ಇರುವ ಸ್ಥಳ, ಸೈನ್ಯ ಎಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಧುನಿಕ ಸೈನ್ಯದ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಾದ ನೌಕಾ ದಳ, ವಿಮಾನ ದಳ, ಕುದುರೆ ಸವಾರರ ದಳ, ಬಂದೂಕುಧಾರಿ ಪಾದಚಾರಿ ಸೈನ್ಯ ಇವೆಲ್ಲ ಇರುವುದು ಸಹಜ.


ನೌಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಮುದ್ರ ಸಮೀಪವಾದ ಸ್ಥಳವೂ, ವಿಮಾನ ದಳಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕಾದಷ್ಟು ವಿಸ್ತಾರವಾದ ಬಯಲುಳ್ಳ ಪ್ರದೇಶವೂ ಬೇರೆ ಇರುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು.


ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಲಷ್ಕರಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ಈ ಊರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕುದುರೆ ಸವಾರರ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕಾಗುವ ಬಯಲುಳ್ಳ ಕಾವಲು ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಇತ್ತು. ಕುದುರೆಯ ಸವಾರರು ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮ, ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಹ್ಯಾಲೀ ಎಂಬ ಶಬ್ದವಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕುದುರೆಗಳ ಓಡಾಟದ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಎಂದು ಅರ್ಥ. ಈ ಶಬ್ದವೇ ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಹಾಳಿ ಆಗಿ ಆ ಬಳಿಕ ವಯ್ಯಾಳಿ, ವೈಯಾಳಿ ಆಗಿದೆ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಶಾಸನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಹಾಳಿ ಶಬ್ದವೂ ಕಾವ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಯ್ಯಾಳಿ ಶಬ್ದ ರೂಪವೂ ಕಂಡುಬರುತ್ತವೆ.

 

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಈಗಿನ ವೈಯಾಳಿಕಾವಲೆಂಬ ಬಡಾವಣೆ ಇರುವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುದುರೆ ಸವಾರರು ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮ ನಡೆಸಲು ಕಾವಲಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ವಿಸ್ತಾರವಾದ ಬಯಲಿತ್ತು. ಅದೇ ವೈಯಾಳಿಕಾವಲ್ ಹೆಸರೇ ಈಗಲೂ ಉಳಿದುಕೊಂಡುಬಂದಿದೆ.


ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ "ಲಷ್ಕರ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ ಇತಿಹಾಸ" ಎಂದು ಹುಡುಕಿದಾಗ ಲಷ್ಕರ್-ಎ-ತೈಬಾ ಎಂಬ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳು ಸಿಗಬಹುದು.


ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಲಷ್ಕರ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ: ಅಶೋಕ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಹ್ಯಾಮಿಲ್ಟನ್ ಕಟ್ಟಡದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಇದು ಮೈಸೂರು ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯೊಳಗಿನ ಕ್ರಿಯಾತ್ಮಕ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.


ಪೊಲೀಸರೊಬ್ಬರು "ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಈ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗೇ ಲಷ್ಕರ್ ಅನ್ನೋ ಪದ ತೆಗೆದು ಬೇರೆ ಹೆಸರು ಇಟ್ಟರೆ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಇರುತ್ತೆ ಆ ಪದ ಬಳಕೆ ನೆನಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆನೇ ಮೈ ಉರಿಯುತ್ತೆ 😡" ಎಂದಾಗ ನನ್ನ ಮನದ ಮಾತು ಹೇಳಬೇಕೆನಿಸಿತು, ಹೆಸರು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪೇನಿಲ್ಲ! ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಅದೆಷ್ಟೋ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗಳ ಹೆಸರು ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಲಷ್ಕರ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ದಂಡು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ ಎಂದು ಮರುನಾಮಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಿ ಎಂದು ಆಶಿಸೋಣ.


ಲಷ್ಕರ್-ಎ-ತೈಬಾ: ಇದು 1985–1986 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾದ ಪಾಪಿಸ್ತಾನಿ ಮೂಲದ ಇಸ್ಲಾಮಿಸ್ಟ್ ಉಗ್ರಗಾಮಿ ಸಂಘಟನೆ 2008 ರ ಮುಂಬೈ ದಾಳಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ದಾಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ.


ಆಪರೇಷನ್ ಸಿಂಧೂರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೀನಾಯವಾಗಿ ಹೊಡೆಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೂ, ಪಾಪಿಸ್ತಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಶ್ರಯ ಪಡೆದಿರುವ ಉಗ್ರರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಾಲವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಬಿಚ್ಚಲು ಆರಂಭಿಸುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಯಿದೆ, ಪಾಪಿಸ್ತಾನದ ಪೂರ್ವ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಷ್ಕರ್ ಉಗ್ರರು ಸಕ್ರಿಯರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಗುಪ್ತಚರ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗಷ್ಟೇ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಭಾರತದ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಯಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದರೆ, ಇತ್ತ ಭಾರತ ಆಪರೇಷನ್ ಸಿಂಧೂರ ಭಾಗ-2 ಪ್ರಯೋಗಿಸಿ ಉಗ್ರರ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಸಕಿ ಹಾಕಬಹುದು.
