I feel called to inspire minds, nourish spirits, and enrich souls. So far in my life’s journey, I have become a Usui Reiki master healer/teacher, a Yoga Teacher, an Ayurvedic wellness coach, and a creative. When energy shifts and we become more aligned in mind, body, and soul, we feel more balanced and in touch with our authentic self. It is in this magical space, at this frequency, that our manifesting holds the greatest power. Nature is in constant motion, flowing with seasons and cycles that coincide with our body's natural rhythms. Life flourishes when the elements of air, water, fire, and earth are balanced. It's my passion to spread love & encourage self-healing through yoga, ayurvedic wisdom, reiki, and art. Each unique piece that I create is handmade with love, positive intention, and good vibrations.
