HBR is a metalcore band from Columbus, OH. Childhood friends, Jake and Jack have been playing and writing music together for years, honing in on a sound all their own. Blending elements of heavy metal and post-hardcore with orchestral flair, their music is as deep lyrically as it is sonically. Writing about issues of mental health, depression and addiction, they find inspiration not just from wounds, but from the process of healing.
