Being home away from home and felt missing with the food I grew up with and no one to turn to because most of their recipes are secret. I had promise myself to learn to cook our native famous delicacies and share them to the world.

So here I am! I prefer simple easy to follow but tasty dish. Inexpensive but filling. Economically friendly and perfect for large family.
