Sharing a closer look at my amazing patient, Lynn from Ohio, 69, through her first five days of healing after her Vertical Restore! It's incredible how much changes in just a few days. Every patient's journey is unique, and Lynn's openness allows us to share the real process of swelling, bruising, and daily evolution.

To address her aging-related changes, we performed a Vertical Restore, Facial Fat Transfer, Lip Lift, Upper Blepharoplasty, and Lower Blepharoplasty. She's also started her skin journey with the KaramMD Skin Trifecta.

If you haven't seen her initial check-in videos, be sure to catch up on her story up now on my Shorts tab! And stay tuned next week for her 1-month update – you won't want to miss it. Thank you, Lynn, for sharing your journey! ❤️

Are you insecure about laxity in your neck area? A lot of my patients come in and tell me their neck is their biggest concern the one area they’re most excited to rejuvenate.

It’s a very common insecurity, especially as we age. The skin on the neck is thin and exposed, and it shows the signs of aging faster than almost anywhere else.

And while we can’t stop aging, we can absolutely slow it down. By understanding what accelerates the process and addressing it early you can stay looking as young as you feel for much longer.

I break down the six biggest causes of accelerated neck and facial aging, and how to reverse them, in my YouTube video: - Why Your NECK Ages So Much FASTER (and what to do about it!) - http://youtu.be/6qaOuWUzX6s

Watch it now and let me know what surprised you most!

Tamera is 49 and her biggest concern has always been her neck. That heaviness bothered her for decades, and even early on in recovery, the direction of change is already there.

I’m sharing this day by day (and a special day 1 photo on slide 2) because the first couple of weeks after a facelift can feel like an emotional rollercoaster. Swelling shifts. Bruising changes color. Some days you’ll look in the mirror and feel like you look better, and the next day you might feel like you took a step back. That is normal.

What I want you to notice here is the trend. Even with swelling, you can already see the heaviness lifting and her facial shape starting to come back online. And that is exactly the point of the Vertical Restore. This is not a surface lift. It is a deep, comprehensive approach that releases ligaments and restores the facial foundation in a connected way from the neck to the jawline, midface, and lateral brow so your result looks natural and lasts.

Healing happens in stages and it is different for everyone. Genetics, overall health, and lifestyle all play a role. This is one example of what recovery can look like, but your timeline may not match photo for photo, and that is okay.

If you are early in recovery, be patient with yourself. Give it time. The refinement over the next several weeks and months is where the real magic shows up.

To comprehensively address her concerns, we performed:
➡️ Vertical Restore
➡️ Custom Fat Transfer
➡️ Lower Blepharoplasty
➡️ Upper Blepharoplasty
➡️ KaramMDSkin Trifecta 3 step skincare system to prep skin for surgery and maintain skin post op
