This Saturday, Ukraine commemorated the victims of the Holodomor. This is a tragic page in the history of Ukraine, when millions of people died because of the famine artificially created by the Soviet government.
I had the opportunity to work for a day in a workshop where I made a miniature of a memorial sign dedicated to the victims of the Holodomor, and I plan to post a video about how I made it.
Let's remember, because we are the voice and memory of our tortured ancestors!

В цю суботу в Україні вшановували пам'ять жертв Голодоморів. Це трагічна сторінка в історії України, коли мільйони людей загинули через штучно створений радянською владою голод.
Мені випала змога попрацювати один день в майстерні, де я зробив таку мініатюру памʼятного знаку, присвяченого жертвам Голодомору і планую впустити відео про те, як я її робив.
Памятаймо, адже ми - це голос і памʼять наших закатованих предків!

Friends! Yesterday, we posted a video on the channel where we made a knife out of a bandsaw, circular saw, and 30hgsa, and also conducted several experiments with different types of metal. Yes, there has been no news from me for a long time, because there is a problem I am trying to solve. After the training unit, I could not get into my unit which I had a letter or request to. I ended up in the Air Assault Forces, and it is very difficult to work with poor eyesight, and it has worsened. Because of these complications, I was sent to the medical examination board to determine whether I am suitable for the airborne troops in terms of visual acuity. The conclusion is due tomorrow.

In any case, I want to be transferred to the place where I want to go and I know it is not easy. I am in touch with the personnel officer of the unit where I want to go, but the final decision is up to the commander of the unit I am already in. Perhaps the conclusion of the military commission will be that I am not suitable for the airborne assault unit and this will simplify my transfer, or maybe they will say "Go ahead, maroon beret!" 🙂 So I will not refuse help or advice on the transfer.

Yes, I have purchased tactical glasses with diopter inserts, but because of this design, I can see worse than through ordinary glasses and even worse than having just normal vision.



Так, від мене довго не було новин, бо є проблема яку я намагаюсь вирішити. Після навчальної частини я не зміг потрапити в свій підрозділ по своєму відношенню. А попав я в ДШВ. І на посаду де з поганим зором дуже складно, крім того він в мене ще й погіршився. Через ці ускладнення мене направили на ВЛК з метою визначення чи придатний я саме до ДШВ по гостроті зору. Висновок повинен бути завтра.

В любому випадку я хочу перевестись туди куди хотів і знаю що це дуже не просто. Я на зв'язку з кадровиком підрозділу куди хочу попасти, але вирішальне рішення за командиром підрозділу в якому я вже є. Можливо висновок влк буде таким що я не підходжу до ДШВ і це спростить моє переведення , а можливо мені скажуть "вперед-вперед маруновий берет!" :) Тому не відмовлюсь від допомоги або порад по переведенню.

Так, я придбав тактичні окуляри з вставкою з діоптріями, але через таку конструкцію гірше видно ніж через звичайні окуляри і ще гірше ніж мати просто нормальний зір.

And as for the oath, I have some thoughts: shouldn't every person, upon reaching maturity, decide whether or not to take the oath of citizenship of Ukraine?

That is, to create an opportunity to consciously choose whether you are a citizen of Ukraine or not, but live in Ukraine. A conscious choice will provide greater motivation to take an active civic position. Of course, these statuses should differ in rights and obligations. For example, non-citizens may not have the right to vote. Or another balance of rights and obligations. What do you think could be positive and negative in this system?

12.11.23 Сьогодні присягнув народу України. Через тиждень маю закінчити навчання в учбовій частині.

А стосовно присяги з'явились думки, а чи не треба щоб при досягненні зрілості кожна людина приймала рішення чи складати присягу громадянина України або не складати?

Тобто створити можливість свідомо обирати чи ти громадянин України, чи не громадянин але живеш в Україні. Свідомий вибір забезпечить більшу мотивацію займати активну громадянську позицію Звісно ці статуси повинні відрізнятись в правах та обов'язках. Наприклад негромадяни можуть не мати права голосувати. Або інше балансування прав-обов'язків. Що, на вашу думку, в цій системі може бути позитивне та негативне?

Speaking of the language issue. Nowadays, about half of the people in the training unit are russian-speaking. There are no problems because of this. Personally, I'm only annoyed by the incompetence of some characters and the stupid decisions that prevent us from getting a better education. However, this is a separate topic. So, I don't give a damn whether a person is an idiot in Ukrainian or russian.

At the time I wrote these songs, I hardly ever used Ukrainian in everyday life. But I wrote them in Ukrainian. I think this is a merit of the teachers of school #72 :) Especially the teachers of the Ukrainian language. And the good Ukrainian-speaking people who were around the TaRuta band, because we not only played but also lived together. And also high-quality Ukrainian dubbing of movies and cartoons!)

I still speak more russian in everyday life, but as a content maker, I now run social media in Ukrainian.

До речі стосовно мовного питання. Зараз в навчальній частині приблизно половина російськомовні. Ніяких проблем через це нема. Особисто мене бісить тільки некомпетентність деяких персонажів та дибільні рішення через які ми не отримуємо більш якісне навчання. Щоправда це окрема тема. Так от, мені похєру чи людина дибіл українською чи російською.

А в часи коли я писав ці пісні українську в побуті я майже не використовував. Але написав їх саме українською. Думаю це заслуга вчителів 72 школи:) Особливо вчителів української мови. Та україномовних гарних людей що були навколо гурту TaRuta, бо ми не тільки грали, а й жили разом. А ще якісного укр дубляжу кіно та мультиків!:)

Я й зараз більше спілкуюсь в побуті російською, проте як контентмейкер після повномасштабного веду соцмережі українською.

I'm seriously thinking about the iPhone 14-15 for photos, video, and editing because it's a really practical option with minimal size and weight. However, there are rumors that iPhones give out geolocation and can affect the firmware of nearby drones. Can anyone tell me more about these nuances?

07.11.23 Камера смартфона звичайно не передає так як повнокадровий фотік, але вона завжди під рукою. Серйозно замислююсь про айфон 14-15 для фото, відео та монтажу, бо це реально робочий варіант з мінімум розмірами та вагою. Хоча ходять чутки що айфони палять геолокації та можуть впливати на прошивку найближчих дронів. Хтось може розказати більше про ці нюанси?
