Together, these 5 practices form a gentle, smooth yogic kriya designed to help your digestion wake up naturally and support relief from chronic constipation - without force, strain, or harsh methods.
This is not about pushing your stomach.
It’s about guiding your body, day by day, to do what it’s meant to do.
How to follow the series:
Ideally, practice Day 1 to Day 5 in order, once per day, allowing your digestive system to respond gradually and safely.
Have physical limitations? You can still join.
This series is flexible:
• If you cannot sit or squat due to knee or joint issues → follow the standing practices like Day 1 or Day 2 and skip the sitting day
• If standing is difficult → practice the floor-based sequence on Day 5
• You don’t have to force every posture — choose what your body allows and stay consistent
Each day works on a different part of the digestive pathway, so even practising selected days can still bring benefits.
