Okay okay I know how some people say drinking brings bad spirits & what not…& I’ve even heard that certain kinds of liquor can bring about the bad ones…& a lot of people stop drinking because they are on this spiritual journey that we all are on…but baby..when I have some drinks I BE FEELING GREAT 😂😂 idk maybe it’s because I already have a good spirit so I just feel 10x better when I drink..I literally be having a BLAST 😭 why are some people saying drinking is bad spiritually? I don’t smoke weed anymore because it gives me a different kind of high lol I dont like being high so maybe that’s the same reason why some people that are deeply sensitive to energy don’t like drinking…idk but I love a good lemon drop, margarita, mikes hard, Smirnoff, wine lmaoooo ehhh

Hey y’all 💖✨I want to talk about something openly and intentionally. I’ve said before that I’m a hoodoo practitioner. I’ve also said that I am a witch. And I know for some people, those words don’t always sit together comfortably. So here’s why I use both.
My ancestry has strong West and Central African lineage — Nigeria, Mali, Benin & Togo, Cameroon. Historically, those regions shaped the spiritual systems that influenced African-American hoodoo and conjure traditions in the South. Hoodoo is not a religion obviously. It’s a folk magic system rooted in African cosmology, ancestor reverence, herbal work, Psalms, prayer, and survival spirituality during slavery. But I also have Celtic and Gaelic ancestry — Scotland, Ireland, Wales. And when I look at the spiritual traditions of those regions, I see:
– Fire rites
– Spoken incantations
– Herbal charm work
– Land and well spirits
– Goddess devotion (Brigid later becoming Saint Brigid. I feel so called to Saint Brigid heavily…lol I’m just drawn to her like …a lot…)
“Witch” is a broader term. Historically, in Celtic regions, cunning folk and charm workers practiced what we now call folk witchcraft — working with herbs, spoken spells, protection rites, and seasonal fire festivals. So when I say I practice hoodoo and identify with witchcraft, I’m not mixing aesthetics or creating confusion. I’m acknowledging that both traditions exist within my bloodline history.
Hoodoo connects to my African ancestry and the lived cultural history of the American South.
Witchcraft connects to older European folk practices that also involved land, fire, prayer, and enchantment.
I study both with respect.
I don’t collapse them into one thing.
I don’t claim titles lightly.
But I also don’t feel the need to deny one side of my ancestry to validate the other.
Spiritual identity can be complex. And mine reflects my lineage 🤌🏾
