I'm a photographer, based on the edge of the Fens in Lincolnshire. My passion is Landscape & Woodland Photography, especailly spending time in my favourite local silver birch woodland at Holme Fen. The lowest place in the UK! l now shoot with a Nikon Z7ii and 3 lenses. My favourite for woodland is the 24-120mm F4, it's an excellent all round lens and very sharp. My other most used lens in the 100-400mm, which again I use in woodland quite a bit. I do have the 14-30mm F4 also but not used that much so far. Sorry for the lack of content in the last few weeks. If I’m honest, motivation hasn’t been great due to work pressures however I did manage to pop back to the oak woodland in my latest video and make the below image. Hopefully during the Christmas break I’ll be able to get out more and share something new with you. Until then I really hope you all have a healthy and Happy Christmas 🎅 🎄

I hoped to have a new video out this week, but after reviewing the content I recorded on Sunday morning, I'm not happy with it, so will need to try again this weekend...sorry! For me its Quality over Quantity on my channel (although I'm sure you may beg to differ!) Anyway, here is a shot I took at the weekend looking over the misty Fen fields at sunrise

At long last, from Monday we are allowed to travel locally again. To say I am excited is an understatement! Sorry you've had no content for me for a while but being restricted to walking from my house hasn't really inspired me, however thankfully that's soon set to change. I have 2 days planned next week where I will be out again with the camera and filming vlogs, so hopefully you can join me on these very soon. Thanks for sticking with me, take care and stay safe!

Unfortunately due to travel restrictions, and getting ready for Christmas, I've not managed to get out and record a vlog lately. So I thought I would take this opportunity to wish all my subscribers a very Merry Christmas and say a BIG thanks to everyone for their kind comments and continued support on my channel over the year. It means a lot!

Apologies but no video from me this week. I've been back to Holme Fen a few times but not managed to make anything worth sharing I'm afraid, apart from this image. I've decided to give the place a break now until we are deeper in Autumn and head up to North & West Norfolk for my next vlog. Thanks for your continued support
