I've been a chronic overthinker longer than I can remember and overthinking has affected 1000099.99% of my life, well I had an experience today which helped me shift my response and approach to overthinking,
there is **always** going to be more negativity than positvity, which means It's more than likely that negative thoughts/anxious overthinking will be endless and overwhelming,
which is why I'm trying a new approach which has been helping me avoid overthinking thus far:
Focussing on the positive and being grateful for the positives,
this may SOUND simple and obvious until you actively try it, I hope this helps someone 😎
