VA Rater (RVSR) who reviews the VA laws and regulations for VA compensation. The purpose of the channel is to educate newer Rating Veteran Service Representatives (RVSRs), Veteran Service Representatives (VSRs), and the lay person about the M21-1 manual, 38 CFRs, and VA policies and the ways in which they should be applied based upon my interpretation and to sometimes have an overall discussion about VA regulation topics where there might be differing opinions among the VSR, Rater, and Quality Review Teams.
