Helping you live a longer, healthier and happier life with natural tips and advice. Starting now.
The 5 main areas to address for perfect health, are: stress, nutrition, exercise, the microbiome and sleep (SNEMS). Each one alone can boost health, and each one affects the other. So work to improve all of these areas and you are on the right path to fully optimising your health and longevity, as well as reducing the risk of most chronic diseases. My videos focus on easy and natural ways to boost these 5 areas.
I have over 18 years experience working as a doctor (GP in the UK). But my real learning journey started as a means to fix myself after total burn out in 2020 leading to a 6-week in-patient mental health treatment for severe depression and opioid addiction. My learning has got me from rock-bottom to the strongest and happiest I've ever been.
I'd love to teach you what I learned, so subscribe to keep up to date.

Have you ever experienced addiction? Either yourself, or someone you know. Don't forget food before answering.
I have learned a lot during my own recovery from opioid addiction, and it is now exactly 5.5 years since I was admitted to a 6-week in-patient rehab. I have been totally sober since and I am hugely grateful for the experiences my recovery has given me. But I am aware addiction is still an illness that is often stigmaisted, and as such people keep quiet and struggle to get help.
If you would like me to make any videos about addiction, and the recovery journey, please comment and share your thoughts below. Supporting one another is key to recovery. Thank you in advance for your input. Much love.
