Your Job Isn’t as Secure as You Think—Here’s the Safer Path

Namaste!

I’ll say this again—a hard truth that can’t be ignored: by 2030, 300 million jobs worldwide are expected to disappear, replaced by AI and automation.

That’s not some distant future—it’s already happening, and it’s hitting every sector, including ours.

For years, the typical advice was to get a secure job ➡️ work your way up ➡️ and hope for stability.

But today, stability is an illusion.

Companies around the world are already running divisions with just AI agents, and entire layers of staff—trainers, consultants, even diet coaches—are being replaced by algorithms that work faster and cheaper.

So, if you’re relying on someone else for your paycheck, now is the time to rethink your path.

The good news?

It’s never been easier to work for yourself.

The “barrier to entry” has never been lower.

No massive investment or working capital needed.
No fancy office, staff, or inventory required.

Just you, your skills, and a growth-focused mindset.

"For the past decade, I’ve been working from home in my PJ’s — no traffic, no commute, just comfort. I get to connect with my son several times a day, eat homemade meals, and enjoy a level of freedom I once thought was impossible."

That’s a whole different story… and honestly, my parents still can’t quite wrap their heads around how someone can work like this.

When I tell me how much I earn, they take me seriously: LOL. 😁

Internships and jobs are great for building experience, but the critical move now is to think—and act—like a solo-preneur.

Remember: None of us feels “fully ready” at the start.

But the old rules—long qualifications (include 3-year long degrees), big budgets, complex bureaucracy—are gone.

The only thing standing between you and a thriving, self-directed wellness career is your willingness to take that first step, upgrade your skills, and trust your unique perspective.

Take the 1st Step Today 👉 my.fabulousbody.com/p/holistic-nutrition-coach-cer…

As AI sweeps through the landscape, those who embrace solopreneurship, build their brands, and serve from the heart will be more resilient and in demand. The world is changing fast—but so can you.

P.S.S. The HNC Certification is designed to help you reinvent your skillset, step into a deeper coaching role, and stay ahead of the curve.

Namaste! 🙏
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to reach the Green Zone — the zone of health, vitality, and abundance.

In this age of information overload, what truly makes a difference are clear health models and frameworks.

After more than 20 years in this field, I’ve developed a few such frameworks, which I’ve explained in the Health Guides.

Once you master these frameworks, they’ll become the foundation that brings clarity and context to your health journey. Over time, you’ll find that understanding health becomes beautifully simple.

After that, all that remains is to take action — and stay consistent.

Warm regards,
Akash

Thoughts influence emotions. Emotions trigger physical responses.
And those physical responses affect our cells, which then ultimately determine our health.

If words like holistic, wellness, or integrative health intrigue you…You’re going to love the video, I will post tomorrow.

Because by the end of it, you’ll understand more about these concepts than 99% of the “experts” out there—most of whom are just regurgitating content without context.

I share one Main Idea on Holistic Nutrition every week. Be part of the newsletter so that you don't miss any of it.

The #1 Skill Wellness Creators Must Master in the Next 10 Years

If I had written this email a few years ago, I would’ve said that writing is the #1 skill to master.
And to be honest, that still holds weight—especially as a creator.
But in the age of AI, the landscape is shifting. Tools like ChatGPT can now help us write, edit, and polish content in seconds. So what can’t AI do?
It can’t replicate your voice, your lived experience, your pain, and your perspective.
That’s why I believe the most powerful skill for the next decade—especially for wellness entrepreneurs—is Storytelling.

🧠 Why Writing Still Matters
Before I dive deeper, let me explain: this email started as a rough idea in my mind. I put down a few messy thoughts, then used AI to clean it up and make it more engaging.
But make no mistake—the real juice came from me. From the emotions I’ve lived, the lessons I’ve learned, and the passion that can’t be faked.
As I always say:
"You are the niche."
The struggles you’ve faced—and overcome—are the foundation of your message and brand. They’re your unfair advantage. People don’t just want tips; they want real stories from real people who’ve walked the path.

🎯 The #1 Skill: Storytelling
Storytelling is not just a “nice-to-have.” It’s the cornerstone of connection, trust, and transformation.
Whether you’re launching a program, building a personal brand, or simply trying to grow your audience—storytelling is what cuts through the noise.

🔥 4 Reasons Why Storytelling Is Everything
1. Authenticity > Perfection
People crave realness, not polished perfection.Sharing your journey—including your struggles—makes you relatable and human.
2. Emotion Drives Action
People act based on how you make them feel. When your story moves someone, they remember you—and they respond.
3. Your Story = Your Superpower
In a saturated market, your unique journey is what sets you apart. No one else has your voice, your lens, or your experience.
4. Stories Build Community
When you share consistently, you build connection. That trust becomes the foundation of a loyal, supportive audience.

✅ Action Steps for the Week
1. Reflect on Your Journey
What were the pivotal moments that shaped who you are today? How can those lessons help others on a similar path?
2. Start Sharing Across Platforms
Use stories in your content—emails, videos, posts.Even one honest paragraph can create connection.
3. Invite Others to Share Theirs
Open up space for your community to reflect and respond.Shared stories = stronger community.
4. Learn the Craft
Read books on storytelling.Watch great speakers.Practice weekly.
This is a muscle—and it grows with reps.

💬 Final Word
Yes, technical skills and certifications matter. But they’re not what people remember.
They remember your story. Your energy. The way you made them feel seen, heard, and inspired.
The future of wellness isn’t just about information.
It’s about transformation. And that begins with story.
So this week—start telling yours.

Work Less, Earn and Enjoy More – A Daily Routine of a Six-Figure Online Creator

We’ve all heard the extremes.

One side still preaches the grind: 12+ hour days, 80+ hour weeks. Hustle hard or go home.
The other side? The Tim Ferriss 4-hour workweek fantasy—where you sip coconuts while your systems run everything.

But after living this life for nearly two decades, I’ve found my truth somewhere in the middle. As Buddha said: "Choose the middle path."

The Solopreneur’s Way (And Why I Chose It)
I consider myself a solopreneur—someone who builds, runs, and grows a business largely on their own. For many years, I was a one-man army. Eventually, I hired Kunal full-time—one of my students—who now supports me in customer care, video editing, and more. I’m deeply grateful for his help.

Also shout out to Shakti & Monica, our lovely part-timers, who are doing a fabulous job:)

But still, the core of the business—Fabulous Body Inc.—is entirely me.
I create every piece of content. I respond personally to emails. I still do occasional customer support.
Why? Because I love creating. Because my overheads are low. And because I work from home, which gives me the lifestyle I cherish.

Why I’m Not Building a Big Team or Raising Funds (Yet)
I get asked this a lot—why don’t I go the venture-funded route? Set up an office? Hire a big team and delegate?
The answer is simple: I want my work to follow my life—not the other way around.

This business is an extension of who I am. Not just a means to scale or exit. I want every part of it to reflect my values, my energy, and my purpose.

There are 168 hours in a week. We’re awake for roughly 112 of them. If I’m going to spend 50 of those hours working, that work better be aligned with my soul.

The Boundaries I Set for My Business (Until I Reach Phase 1: $1M/year)
70%+ of revenue must be passive.
70%+ of the business must run on automation (no humans needed, just clean, efficient SaaS).
Everything stays online—so I can work from anywhere.

That’s why I take 30+ day workcations.Only do what aligns with my values, ethics, and joy.Work with people I enjoy working with.

No investors—at least not until I cross seven figures.

Slow living. No chasing collabs, no showing up everywhere. I prefer: “Be so good they can’t ignore you.”Rest is sacred. That means: 8 hours of sleep, homemade plant-based meals, massages, nature time, and quarterly adventure bike rides.

When your interests are few and your time is well managed, you realize just how abundant time really is.

The Myth of the 12-Hour Grind (And Why the 4-Hour Workweek Isn’t for Me Either)
Let me take you through a day in my life—not to impress you, but to show you how structure, rest, and focus can replace the old “grind” model.

🌞 My Daily Routine:
3:30 – 4:00 AM – Rise and Shine
4:00 – 5:00 AM – Sadhana: Mantra Jap, Prayer, Meditation
5:00 – 7:00 AM – Deep Work (no email, no Insta, just pure creation)
7:00 – 7:45 AM – Time with my son + school drop-off
7:45 – 8:15 AM – Time with my parents (a non-negotiable joy)
8:30 – 10:00 AM – Workout, grounding, nature time, sun exposure
10:00 – 11:00 AM – Breakfast (home-cooked, nutrient-dense) + Garden walk + mini nap (<15 mins)
11:00 – 1:30 PM – More Deep Work plus Admin Work
1:30 – 2:00 PM – Rest/Nap
2:00 – 2:15 PM – Quick bonding with my son
2:15 – 4:30 PM – Admin Work / Emails / Team Calls
4:30 – 5:00 PM – Rest or light media (yes, sometimes Insta)
5:00 – 6:00 PM – Wrap up, prep for tomorrow
6:00 PM Onwards – Dinner, family, evening walk, light media
8:00 – 9:00 PM – Meditation, wind down
9:00 PM – Sleep
I follow this schedule at least 25 days a month.
For 300+ days a year, I work from home—and I feel immense gratitude for that.

📌 Summary of My Work Blocks:
4 hours of Deep Work daily: This is my creative zone—writing, course creation, content development.2 hours of Admin: Email replies, tech checks, video recordings, customer care, team communication.2 hours of Learning: Reading, watching, and listening on wellness, nutrition, fitness, and online business.

That’s 8 high-quality hours a day. Not 12. Just right for me.

Why Deep Work Is Enough
Creative work is not casual. It’s energy-intensive, like sprinting.

After 90–120 minutes, your brain needs rest. This is based on the ultradian rhythm (Google it, it’s worth knowing). Without recovery, you’ll burn out—no matter how passionate you are.
If I get 4 hours of creative output, that’s a successful day. Period.

A Few More Realities
I don’t take Sundays off, but I don’t feel like I need to. My work energizes me.I say "No" to most social events. I’ve partied hard in the past—I’m done with that.I batch my chores and knock them out in one afternoon a week.I plan my next day every evening. I even instruct my subconscious on what to focus on overnight. My to-do list is tight: 2–3 high-impact tasks per day, max.

Workcations Aren’t What You Think
Yes, I travel. But it’s not mojitos on a beach.
I rent long-term apartments, cook my own meals, and spend hours in Deep Work mode.
People think I’m on holiday. But really, I’m building, growing, creating—with the ocean in the background. :)
I love that people think my life is boring. It means they don’t bother me.
And I can quietly keep becoming the person I was destined to be.

The Real Flex? Living With Intention
When you carve out time for:
Your familyYour restYour bodyYour mindYour purpose-driven work
…you realize how much peace you can build into your life.

Success doesn’t have to mean chaos.
Sometimes, the quiet season is what lays down the foundation for your greatest long-term outcomes.
This, I believe, is the daily routine of a wellness creator who wants to build a 6–7 figure business with:

No big teamNo investorsNo compromise on valuesAnd a lot of love for the work they do.
Your coach,
Akash
Founder - Fabulous Body
P.S.
If this lifestyle resonates with you, here’s a little action plan for the week:
Track your energy, not your hours. When are you most creative? Block that time off.Say no to one thing that drains you.Do one deep work session per day—even 60 minutes counts.Write your own business rules. What are your non-negotiables for the life you’re building?

I’d love to hear from you. What does your ideal creator day look like? What do you struggle with most—routine, focus, balance?

Hit reply and let’s make this a two-way conversation.

Niche Down or Don’t? The Online Creator Dilemma

You’ve heard the advice a hundred times:

“Bro, just niche down!” 🙄
Especially if you're a coach, creator, or entrepreneur in the online world, this one-liner floats around like gospel.

And hey, the logic sounds solid. The more specific you are, the easier it is for the right people to find you, right?

But then… there’s another side.
One that says:

“You are the niche.”
Build a brand around YOU—your voice, your story, your evolution.
Let’s unpack both, and I’ll tell you exactly where I stand!

⚡ School of Thought #1: Niche Down
“The riches are in the niches.” You’ve heard it, and for good reason.

Specialists win attention in a crowded world.

🧠 Think:

The Glute Guy
The Glucose Goddess
The Mindset Mentor
They picked one specific lane and dominated it.

I did something similar:
I started helping Men transform from Skinny Fat to LEAN.

Why niche down?

It’s easier to market yourself
You attract ideal clients faster
Your offer becomes crystal clear
You position yourself as an expert, not just another coach
Niche works especially well if:

✅ You’re just starting
✅ You need clarity
✅ You already know who you want to help (in my early days I struggled with being Skinny/Skinny Fat).

🎯 My Reason for Catering to Other Niches (Yep, I Have 3)
1. Upskilling Coaches Through Certification
I wanted to make Health & Fitness education accessible and easy to understand. Not too technical. Not too expensive.
I saw platforms like Udemy thriving—and I jumped in. No fancy funnels. Just pure value.

2. Sustainable Fat Loss Through Gut & Hormonal Health
I struggled with cortisol issues, belly fat, and digestive problems. I became obsessed with the endocrine system—and started helping others heal from the inside out.

3. Muscle Building for Men (Coming Soon)
This was my first niche. I used to be in phenomenal shape and helped guys go from skinny-fat to lean. Then came injuries, setbacks, life… and I lost some of that edge. But I’m rebuilding—and I’ll relaunch this niche when I’m ready to walk the talk again.

So yes, I juggle 3 niches. And I love it. I want to genuinely help people in these.

Each one started from experience, passion, and credibility.
I didn’t chase trends—I solved problems I personally faced.
⚖️ School of Thought #2: You Are the Niche (Dan Koe Vibes)
Dan Koe’s philosophy? Stop boxing yourself in.

Build a personal brand around:

Your lifestyle
Your philosophy
Your unique mix of skills and interests
This works especially well for multi-passionate creators. Nutrition + mindset + movement + spirituality + business? Do it all—but build it slowly.

Why this path rocks:

You evolve freely
You attract based on vibe, not just expertise
You stand out with soul, not just strategy
BUT...
It takes time. A personal brand doesn’t explode overnight. You need:

Consistency
Authentic storytelling
A deep connection with your audience
💡 MY’s Take? Go Hybrid. Play the Long + Short Game.
1. Start with a Situational Niche
Pick ONE clear problem you can solve right now. That’s your traction niche.

Ex:

“I help busy professionals lose 10kg with zero calorie-counting—by fixing their gut and hormones.”
2. Layer Your Personality
Show your beliefs. Share your struggles. Post your routines, weird quirks, unpopular opinions. Be YOU.

3. Let It Evolve
Once you build trust, people stick around for you—not just your advice. You won’t need to shout “I’m in this niche.” They’ll just get it.

🛠 Quick Action Plan
-Write your “starter niche” statement:

“I help [who] achieve [what] by [how].”
-Check your content:
Is your story visible? Are you showing why you do what you do?

-Follow creators who blend depth + identity:

The One Mindset Shift That Can 10x Your Success in Wellness (And Life)

If there’s one spiritual principle I’ve found to be universally true—it’s this:
Give before you get.

This simple mindset has transformed my career, relationships, business, and even my peace of mind.

Why Giving Is the Ultimate Growth Strategy

Helping people has always been second nature to me.
I’m not keeping count, but over the past several years, I’ve personally responded to over 10,000 emails, DMs, and comments across various platforms. That’s not something I had to do—it’s something I wanted to do.
Yes, as the business grew, I had to delegate some of that responsibility. But I still keep my ears to the ground because I care.

What separates many successful wellness professionals from the rest isn’t just knowledge, certifications, or fancy branding—it’s the desire to serve first, without conditions.
And that often starts with free content.

Give More Than You Take

Take a look at my Quora profile—over 850+ detailed answers helping people with their health and fitness queries.
Visit our website—200+ blog articles, free courses, You Tube Videos, and hundreds of Instagram reels.
All of it is designed to educate, empower, and serve. For free.

Why?

Because I’ve personally experienced how painful it is to be misinformed. I don’t want others to go through the same confusion or frustration.

This mission to 'serve before selling has helped Fabulous Body grow to a six-figure business—with zero marketing spend and zero full-time employees.

And I truly believe: it’s all because I gave first.

Real Trust Is Earned Through Generosity

Let’s be real—people have options. Hundreds of coaches, thousands of programs. So why should someone trust you?

Not because of your six-pack.
Not because of your degree.
But because you’ve shown that you genuinely care.
Whether through thoughtful blog posts, a helpful DM, or a valuable reel—your content tells your future clients one thing:

“I’m here to help. I’ve got you.”

People don’t buy from brands. They buy from humans they trust. And trust is built through consistent giving.
Forget Cold Emails. Connection is the New Currency.

Here’s the truth: cold outreach, DMs, random pitches—those belong to an older paradigm.

They can work, sure. But the real magic?

It happens when you build trust over time.

I’ve had people enroll in my courses or coaching programs years after they first joined my newsletter.
Why? Because I showed up. I gave value. I earned their trust.

That’s what content does—it warms people up long before they’re ready to buy.
And when they are? You’re the first name they remember.

🔍 Find the Medium That Matches You

You don’t have to be everywhere. You just have to be real.

Hate writing? Try video.Camera shy? Record audio or post written content.Don’t like social media? Start a newsletter.

For example: I’ve found that long-form content—like YouTube and email—feels natural to me.
Instagram? It’s never really clicked. I’m not an entertainer. I’m an educator. And that’s okay.
Your content style should reflect you.

But whatever you do—show up. Be consistent. Give value.
Even the biggest tech companies follow this model:

Google: Free search, docs, maps
YouTube: Free education + entertainment
Facebook: Free platform
They give first. Then they monetize.
You can do the same.

🎯 Be Someone Worth Paying Attention To
These days, attention is the most precious currency we have.
If someone gives you theirs, treat it with care.
Don’t wait for a team, fancy gear, or the “right time.”Don’t complain about not having a setup.Start where you are. With what you have.

If you’re good—and you care—you will win.
Because this industry isn’t just about products. It’s about people.
There’s a we in wellness, and an I in illness.
Never forget that.

Be the coach who listens. Who serves.
Who leads with heart.
That’s the one people remember.

🛠 Your Action Plan This Week:
Choose one content channel – Pick what feels most aligned (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, blog, etc.)
Create one valuable piece – A quick tip, a mini post, a short video, or even a thoughtful comment reply.Track how it feels – Did it light you up?
Did anyone respond?
Did it build momentum?
Small acts of service create big waves of impact.

With you in service and growth,
Your coach,

Akash, HHE, CHN

P.S. Now it's your turn. Let’s keep this a two-way conversation—what’s the ONE mindset shift that’s helped you the most in your journey so far? Just hit reply and share—I read every message.

How to Start Your Wellness Career from Scratch (Even Without a Degree)

f you’re reading this, you’re likely someone who wants to do meaningful work—something that helps others while giving you the freedom to live life on your own terms. If that’s you, welcome home.
The global wellness industry is booming. At $4.2 trillion, it's now more than half the total global health expenditure ($7.3 trillion). In fact, wellness now makes up 5.3% of global economic output.

And here’s the thing: unlike the traditional “sickness” industry (what Paul Pilzer brilliantly calls the medical industry in The Wellness Revolution), wellness is proactive, empowering, and transformational. It's about thriving, not just surviving.

Why Wellness Is the Smartest Career Move You Can Make

Let me reassure you why stepping into this space—especially in the nutrition industry—is not just viable, but incredible.

1. Flexibility That Supports Your Life, Not the Other Way Around
From being an online diet coach or a freelance content writer to running a YouTube channel or consulting remotely for global brands—the options are endless.
You get to choose a path that aligns with your personal values, beliefs, and goals.
💬 Side note from me: Fabulous Body is an extension of who I am. I’ve always designed my work around my life, not the other way around. I need freedom, flexibility, and work-cations. My team is fully remote, with no overheads or office pressure. Just a laptop and internet. That’s it.

You can build the same lifestyle, too.

2. Ease of Entry (No Degree Required)
Unlike medicine or law, you don’t need a 3-year degree to get started in this field. A quality certificate from a recognized academy can open real doors.
This is huge.

I personally have an undergraduate business degree from the UK—but made a career switch into wellness after working in finance. Doing another full undergraduate degree would’ve been a time sink and, frankly, unnecessary.
🙌 If your dream is to work in clinical or research settings, go for that degree or PhD.

But if you want to start earning, working remotely, supporting your family, and traveling the world—your approach needs to be more agile.

You can still make a six-figure income, like I’ve been fortunate to, while keeping your profit margins high and your stress low.

3. Massive Growth + Positive Impact
Obesity is at epidemic levels. In 2016 alone:
1.9 billion adults were overweight650 million were obese
And obesity isn’t just about weight—it’s linked to:

Cardiovascular diseaseType-2 DiabetesCancerMental health struggles like depression
These people need your help.

They need coaches, mentors, educators—not just doctors. They need someone who understands both the science and the human struggle. They need someone like you.

Where to Begin: 3 Key Questions to Ask Yourself

Getting started doesn’t mean diving in blindly. Reflect on these three questions to create your custom path.
1. Do you want to be an Employee, Self-Employed, or Entrepreneur?
🔑 Pro Tip:
Most people start as employees or freelancers. This gives you:
A steady paycheck (no pressure to "make it work" overnight)Mentorship from senior professionals
That early experience can be gold.

2. Are you going Full-Time or Part-Time?
If you’re currently working a job, don’t quit just yet. Start part-time.
Get Certified Upskill. Test out different roles (coach, writer, consultant, creator)Start earning on the side
Only make the switch when your side hustle income matches or surpasses your current job. You’ll know when the time is right. Trust your gut—it’s wiser than you think.

3. What Niche or Role Excites You Most?
Nutrition and wellness is a vast field. Start narrowing down by asking:
Who do I love helping? (Busy moms, athletes, corporate execs, teens, etc.)What medium do I enjoy? (Writing, video, speaking, one-on-one coaching?)How do I want to work? (Online, offline, hybrid?)

We’ll go deeper into niche selection in a future issue. For now, just sit with these questions. Journal about them. Meditate on them. Let clarity come to you.

🛠 Action Plan for This Week

Here’s your 3-step assignment:

-Read:The Wellness Revolution by Paul Zane Pilzer (or at least skim summaries).
-Reflect: Answer the 3 key questions from above in a journal.
-Research: Look into one certification course (ours or any other reputable one) and note what excites you.

Take your time. One small step a week is still progress.

With you in health & hustle,
