It has currently become the only Japanese film to earn over $600 million worldwide, with the revenue only expected to soar further. In Japan, the film has grossed $235.7 million, with North America bringing in $115.8 million. Beyond these regions, international markets have added another $255 million, taking the worldwide total to comfortably above $600 million. With these numbers, the film is expected to secure a release in China as well.
