Since December I have had 2 welfare checks by the police because trolls thought it was necessary. I like to call them trolls but they call themselves concerned people. The first welfare check happened at the beginning of December 2 police turned up where I live i was terrified because I thought I'd done something wrong. I was thinking oh s**t I'm going to be arrested and it turned out that this welfare check happened because of a post that was posted about 2 months before. They could see that I was ok so they were satisfied and left. Just over a month after I had another welfare check as you can imagine after the first one I was scared but this policeman came on his own and he was so nice. He basically said that he never came round to tell me to stop doing tiktok because thats what the trolls want and that he just came round to tell me to be careful. And then the trolls decided to get in touch with the safeguarding department at my local council. So I spent about a week at my uncles coming up with some new content ideas.
I’m a content creator on TikTok. And don’t get me wrong I absolutely love it. But at the moment it’s feeling like a chore to create videos for TikTok. Ever since the beginning of December my videos have been reported for various things at the moment it seems that people like reporting my videos for undisclosed branded content even though I purchase everything I talk about and show in hauls. Even after putting a disclaimer on the videos to say that I purchase everything the same videos are reported for the undisclosed branded content multiple times. And I’m also struggling with views at the moment. I uploaded a video at 7am uk time this morning and 6 and a half hours later it was still under 300 views. People tell me not to be obsessed with views but it’s hard not to be when I have nearly 285k followers and in some cases a video has taken about 12 to reach 1k views. And also I’m in the creator rewards program and I’ve had about 2 or 3 days in a row where I have only earned between £0.10 and £1. Sorry for the moan but I can’t talk about this on TikTok because I’m being told that I’m always moaning.
