I don't accept every customer. While they are vetting my company, I'm vetting them too. These are some of the red flags that almost ALWAYS result in a difficult client:
🚩 They think they know more than you and constantly tell you how to do your job.
🚩 They try to negotiate you WAY down -- because they don't understand the value of your offering.
🚩 They constantly try to contact you and get upset if you don't email them back within 15 minutes (think: crazy ex)
Conclusion: The customer is NOT always right and not ALL money is good money.
