Pesto Shrimp Pasta Ingredients: ∙ 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined ∙ 12 oz linguine pasta ∙ 1 cup fresh basil pesto ∙ 3 tbsp olive oil ∙ 4 cloves garlic, minced ∙ 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved ∙ 1/2 cup white wine ∙ 1/4 cup pasta water ∙ 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese ∙ Salt and pepper to taste ∙ Fresh basil leaves for garnish Instructions: 1. Cook pasta according to package directions, reserve 1/4 cup pasta water 2. Heat olive oil, sauté garlic and shrimp 2-3 minutes per side 3. Add tomatoes and white wine, cook 2 minutes 4. Add cooked pasta, pesto, and pasta water, toss to combine 5. Top with Parmesan and fresh basil
