Indonesian-American recording artist Almira Zaky is rising as a fresh voice in today’s music scene. Blending 90’s/2000’s R&B with modern pop, Almira’s powerful vocals and heartfelt lyrics reflect her Indonesian roots and American upbringing. Raised in Virginia, her passion for music began early, and she gained industry skills at Virginia Commonwealth University, booking acts like Travis Scott. In 2022, she gained national attention on NBC’s "American Song Contest", amassing over 500k views in a week. In 2023, she later delivered a TEDx Talk at Johns Hopkins University and debuted at Pharrell’s "Something in the Water" music festival. By 2024, Almira has opened for UK artist Lola Young, led youth songwriting workshops with Timbaland’s Beatclub, became a fan favorite in the Asian-American community, and is gracing even bigger international stages. With her unique cultural blend and evolving sound, Almira Zaky is redefining what it means to be a global superstar.
