Mubende orphanage is Non-Government Organization started up in 2018 with an aim of fighting against illiteracy and improving on the well being of the children in Uganda. The idea for establishment of the ministry was initiated by a few members residing in Mubende. They all had one thing in common which was a burning desire of helping and supporting the critically vulnerable children, the aged, single mothers, illiterates, widowers, disabled, and the unemployed youths with comprehensive and effective service.
Mubende orphanage foundation carries out various activities to help make this world a better place for the unfortunate and continue with us to explore our adventures. Above 60% of Ugandan children don't go to school because of their income shortage and those who attend are sponsored by both government and non government organisations.

Urgent Message: Seeking Help and Support
We are deeply saddened to share that our landlord has asked us to vacate the house we were renting for the orphans in our care. As of now, we have no place to stay, and we are truly homeless. These children, who have already faced so many challenges, now face even more uncertainty and instability.
We are reaching out to the community for help. If you can assist us with temporary shelter, financial support, or any form of assistance, it would mean the world to these children and us.
