I made this.
Whenever I feel stressed or overwhelmed, I turn to crafting. It’s my quiet escape, the place where my thoughts slow down and I find a sense of calm. Working with my hands helps me release tension and feel grounded again.
Over the years, I’ve created many craft pieces, and this mosaic artwork is one of them. I made it last year on a Makar Sankranti theme, using leftover materials from my mosaic and lippan art work. It didn’t turn out exactly the way I had imagined, but I truly enjoyed every moment of the process.
Crafting reminds me that it’s not always about perfection. Sometimes, it’s simply about creating with joy. If you’d like, I’d be happy to share more of my craft pieces with you. ✨
