This year, I was planning to make weekly videos for at least a few months, and I was able to do a fair share of videos, but I ended up making a lot less videos than I planned to. Next year is going to be the busiest year of my life. I’m going to have a new sister, my dad (Captain Logan of Geekvolution) and I are making a movie, and I just don’t think I’ll be able to find the time to edit and record videos. I want to hope for the best, and try to get as much content out as possible, but making 2 minute videos is a lot harder than I thought it would be. But, I still wanted to give you guys my predictions, so here's the unreleased script:
Hello everyone, I am Jayson, and welcome back to Video Game Secrets! We’re halfway through the Mario Kart 8 Booster Course Pass, and today I am going to be talking about my predictions for courses and characters for Wave 4 through 6, so let’s get right into it!
In Wave 4, we have the Fruit Cup and the Boomerang Cup. Here are my predictions for the Fruit Cup. From Mario Kart Tour, we have Los Angeles Laps. From Mario Kart Wii, we have Toad’s Factory. From Mario Kart: Super Circuit, we have Riverside Park, and from Super Mario Kart, we have Koopa Beach 1. I was thinking sort of a beach theme with this cup, and I think Koopa Beach 1 is a great last track. Here are my predictions for the Boomerang Cup. From Mario Kart Tour, we have Singapore Speedway. From Mario Kart 7, we have Daisy Hills. From Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, we have Wario Colosseum, and we already know about the new track, Yoshi’s Island. They also gave us a new returning character, Birdo. Wario Colosseum is one of my favorite Double Dash track, but it’s kinda long, so I’m not sure if they will ever use that track again, and Yoshi’s Island looks beautiful.
In Wave 5, we have the Feather Cup and the Cherry Cup. Here are my predictions for the Feather Cup. From Mario Kart Tour, we have Amsterdam Drift. From Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, we have Mushroom City. From Mario Kart DS, we have Mario Circuit, and from Super Mario Kart, we have Bowser Castle 2. I think Mario Kart DS has the best Mario Circuit, and they still haven’t made any SNES Bowser Castles retro tracks in the main games, which I think is weird. I think Super Mario Kart had the best Bowser Castles. Here are my predictions for the Cherry Cup. From Mario Kart Tour, we have Vancouver Velocity. From Mario Kart: Super Circuit, we have Broken Pier. From Mario Kart 7, we have Rosalina’s Ice World, one of my favorite tracks of all time, and for the new track, I think they should make a track called Nintendo Office that’s set in a Nintendo office building. Also, I think the new character should either be Pauline or R.O.B.
In Wave 6, we have the Acorn Cup and the Spiny Cup. Here are my predictions for the Acorn Cup. From Mario Kart Tour, we have Bangkok Rush. From Mario Kart Wii, we have Moonview Highway. From Mario Kart 64, we have Wario Stadium, and from Super Mario Kart, we have Vanilla Lake 2. Wario Stadium is still the only Mario Kart 64 track that hasn’t been made a retro track in the main games, and neither of the Vanilla Lake tracks have been made retro tracks either. Here are my predictions for the Spiny Cup. From Mario Kart Tour, we have Piranha Plant Cove. From Mario Kart: Super Circuit, we have Sunset Wilds. For the new track, I think it should either be Mario’s Starship, where you drive around a track based off of the spaceship in Mario Galaxy 2 that’s shaped like Mario’s face, or Tostarena Town, where you drive a around a track based off of the town from Mario Odyssey, and from Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, we have Rainbow Road. This is one of my favorite Rainbow Roads, and it hasn’t been made a retro track yet. Also, I think the new character should be Petey Piranha from Double Dash.
