I went to MCR San Fransico last night and it was like..an amazing concert. The performances were amazing. My mom got me and her tickets near the b stage so I have close up shots (my mom has better ones since her phone is newer) but holy crap it was so cool if I could go again I would 100% everyone was so nice and I took part in the fan project for blood!!!!
The notebook and Maurice spoilers but this is basically just my thoughts I jsut watched the notebook and while watching it it faintly reminded me of Maurice, where they are both movies where main character meets a love interest, but something intrudes in on their love, having the love interest have a change of heart, (going off with someone else during a break in the mc and original lovers relationship) but the main character either goes their seperate way (Maurice) or comes back to original love interest For Maurice it was the time setting, a gay couple in like the 1910’s,but for the notebook it was a position of power, and Noah’s background As much as both movies made me cry I think Maurice stuck to me more, as neither Maurice nor Clive got together, Maurice leaving with scudder(or so I remeber) and it having a big impact on Clive in some of the end shots. You see Clive looking out the window, as a memory of Maurice presumably plays in his head, seeming he is full of regret, and scudder and Maurice get together in the end (i think? Ima rewatch soon) For the notebook it definitely broke me more, i was sobbing, because them dying together truly broke me. also just the build up, the shots between noah and Allie’s younger and elder selfs. I kinda lost it while Allie was having a panic attack during dinner with noah in their future, where Allie does not remeber her love of her life due to being a victim of dementia which I think is really sad, but beautiful they passed together. oh and I watched a movie about detectives but I forgot the name lol
I’ve been getting back into disventure camp recently and might even make an edit considering I haven’t edited since March…😭i put together a few clips of helena Bonham Carter on capcut with filters and maybe I could post that but I don’t want this too primarily be just community posts so any ideas I’m open too
