Just dropped a new documentary on Saint Catharines and the fentanyl crisis destroying small Canadian cities.
This one was rough. Talked to people who've overdosed 15+ times, residents finding dead teenagers, and addicts stealing just to survive another day.
The government isn't helping. People are dying. And nobody seems to care.
