From time to time, I get asked if I have a Discord. I don't because I'm not at all social (Iām inept TBH). I don't have an X account, Instagram, FB, or anything. I'm just on YouTube.
However, I did just start a Telegram.
Why?
Honestly... I was told I should. Apparently, it's a platform that A LOT of people use, and it seems like a place better suited for a hermit like me. It doesn't require the constant social energy of a Discord server, and it feels a lot more straightforward.
(I could be wrong about those things though I dunno)
As an outsider to this... Telegram seems like some weird underground scam thing lol. I've gotten a bunch of job scam offers sending me there but maybe there's more to it? š
