2 Pounded chicken breasts Leaves salat Peanut flour 1 egg 3 tbsp of plain yogurt 1 garlick 1 tsp of dijon mustard Salt, pepper 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and some for cooking Fresh parsley Cayane pepper spice 1 tsp of grated Pecordino hard cheese
Process:
Add parsley, garlick, yougurt, pecorino, mustard, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil to food processor and blend until smooth ish texture then add on salat and mix well.
Take egg and blend in the dish with a bit of salt, pepper.
Pound the 2 chicken breasts until evenly thin. Add handfull of peanuts to food processor and blend until you get flour texture.
Add salt, pepper, Cayane spice on chicken. Add chicken on both sides to egg, then in peanut flour. Heat the pan with olive oil, add the meat, cook on both sides around 3 minutes or untill crispy.

Process:
Steam gyoza for 5 minutes. Chopp onion, then chopp garlick finely, slice pak choy into slices. Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Add onions, cook for several minutes then add 2 garlick cloves chopped, cook furter 1 minutes and add curry paste, after half minute add chicken broth, coconut milk, salt, pepper, pak choy, 1 tbsp soy sauce and fish sauce, cook for 3 minutes with lid on, then add lemon juice and switch the heating. In new pan add 1 tbsp of olive oil, add gyoza, add last chopped garlick clove, fry for few minutes, add 1 tbps of soy sauce, mix and then trasfer to plate, garnish with chopped spring onions, sesame seeds, add soup to next plate and enjoy by add gyoza to the soup💜
1. Prepare yogurt base: Mix yogurt with grated garlic, a little salt and set aside.
2. Make the butter oil: In a small pan, melt butter and then reduce the heat. Add olive oil and swirl in chilli oil with flakes(max. 2 min. Job)
3. Poach the eggs: Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer, add a splash of vinegar, add egg on the strainer to get rid of water, then transfer to the cup, then add 1 tsp of lemon juice so it holds better, same with next egg, then poach eggs for about 3 minutes (or until whites are set but yolks remain runny).
4. Assemble: Spread yogurt mixture on a plate, place poached eggs on top, and drizzle with the hot chilli butter oil, add sliced avocado, toast.

🍳 Elevated Turkish Eggs

2 eggs
2 big tbsp Greek or plain yogurt
1 garlic clove (grated)
1 and half tbsp butter (small piece of butter)
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Chili oil with flakes
Fresh or frozen dill, chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp of vinegar for eggs pouching
Half avocado sliced
1 toast of sourdough bread
Process:
