We’re 10 DAYS AWAY from the official release of the short film, Always In My Head!

This project means a lot to me. It’s a project that conveys a lot of authenticity, transparency, and vulnerability. This piece of work is very relatable. And while it has that relatable aspect to it, it’s a film that doesn’t water down the gospel of Jesus Christ and points people’s eyes to the Lord.

My goal as a filmmaker is to write and make stories that display narratives that aren’t normally represented within media. My other goal is to negate stereotypes within the media about the Christian walk and the Black experience in America.

But the main mission is to use my gifts to tell parables and decrease so that Christ may increase. After all, He’s been gracious enough to give me the creative gift of filmmaking and become multifaceted within this medium through screenwriting, directing, editing, and more. I pray that Always In My Head ministers to your spirit and touches your soul. I pray that it points your eyes to look to the hills, which is where your help comes from. I pray that you don’t focus on me, but focus on the light- which is Christ.

I’m so excited to share this project with you. And I pray that this is not only just the beginning of my early career, but it’s a continuation of stewarding my gifts, evidence of fruit being produced, and being part of the peculiar nation that pleases the Lord and not humankind (1 Peter 2:9).
