TURNOVER PROPERTY CLEANUP — REAL CONDITIONS
This was a rental property getting prepped for a new tenant.
The inside had been renovated. The outside told a different story.
Heavy leaf buildup, turf loss, and years of deferred maintenance turned this into more than a routine cleanup. This is the kind of job that looks simple until you’re actually on site.
I completed the work within real-world constraints and focused on getting the property rent-ready, not perfect.
I’m intentionally leaving the price out.
