💪🏻 Sunday Challenge: Exercise Your Faith
We spend a lot of time caring for our bodies—watching what we eat, getting our workouts in, and trying to stay healthy. But God also calls us to spiritual maturity, and that requires effort too.
1 Timothy 4:8 (NIV) says,
“For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things.”
Just like muscles grow through exercise, faith grows when it’s used through prayer, time in the Word, and simple acts of obedience.
🙏🏻 Sunday Challenge:
Take 10 minutes today to exercise your faith. Read a passage of Scripture, pray, and thank God for His goodness.
Build your body… but don’t neglect your spirit.

Luke tells us that on a quiet night, in an ordinary town, to ordinary people, God did something extraordinary.
“Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is the Messiah, the Lord.”

Jesus did not come in power or prestige.
He came in humility, wrapped in cloth and laid in a manger.
The King of Heaven stepped into our broken world not to condemn it, but to redeem it.
Christmas is not about presents.
It’s about His presence.
God did not stay distant. He drew near.
To shepherds on a hillside. To a young mother holding hope in her arms.
To a world in need of grace.
And He still draws near to us today, right where we are.
No matter what this year has held for you…
No matter what you’re carrying into the next one…
The message of Christmas remains the same:
A Savior has been born for you.
As we celebrate this season, my prayer is that you experience not just the joy of Christmas, but the peace that only Christ can bring.
